Excellent experience with these guys, from start to finish. Happily they were the low bid of the four I got. The cleanup after each day of work was a wonderful unexpected surprise and I didn't have to worry about my dogs stepping on or getting into any roofing nails or trash. The workers were happy and polite, the best sign of good fair management. I recommend this company without reservation.

I don’t think we could have done better. From the unpretentious sales call to the finished product. Including great financing . We did have to add some cost due to the age of the home and rot. But with that said ,cost were lower than competitors. Guys worked hard to get done in three days. And it is beautiful! Can’t stop admiring the craftsmanship. I have complete confidence in recommending Legit Exteriors to anyone!

I get why they named themselves Legit. I said that to myself after they did my roof; because one: great sales rep Rian! Two: Caleb who helped schedule was there as my advocate and problem solver. He took customer service to a new level Of course the roof looks amazing. I have had compliments a few times over the last week. Great execution. Rian gave me full confidence I would get the best roof for the best price. His quote was detailed. I received samples of the 50 yr product. I learned about the company. I saw other houses they had done in the neighborhood. Truly Legit! You have my highest recommendation. Thanks again Caleb!

I’m writing this review on behalf of the homeowner because the hownowner had me handle overseeing the project. Let me just say I have roofing experience so I know when I’m getting dupped or extorted to add more money into the job when it’s not warranted and these guys did an incredible job. So for starters are roof hasn’t been replaced since the house was built in 1980.for some reason past owners just keep putting layer’s upon layers of new shingles instead of stripping the roof and installing a fresh wrap and roof. Which because of them just adding layers the roof failed and created leaks with lead to plywood rotting and creating holes and rafters completely failing.so when we initially signed the contract they quoted just to tear up the existing roof and replace it with new wrap and shingles but instead of doing what they were told do in the contract they advised of issues and what needs to be done, and left it up to us of how to proceed. We’re on a fixed income so it was all about keeping cost down but finding out all these issues they worked with us to minimize cost and getting things addressed to make sure the roof wouldn’t fail later on. So after that Caleb Sorensen became my main contact for the job he identified problems took pictures of the issues and asked what we should do and left it up to us to decide if we wanted to fork out extra money. With my knowledge I knew he was telling the truth and not trying to get extra money. So after accepting the extra work he sent pictures along the way to ensure we were okay with each replacement or correction to fix the roof. So I highly recommend this company and ask for Caleb Sorensen as your point of contact for the job. My values I believe in with house projects our cost,value, and quality of work done. This company checked all those boxes. Only thing I regret is because they worked so fast I wasn’t able to ask them if they wanted a beer.

Great to work with from the start. Rian was awesome. He was on the roof of a neighbor's preparing to give a bid. I asked if he could come over and give us one as well. He gave us a very fair price. Explained what was included, what it would cost if they found any bad sheets of plywood, included 4 sheets of plywood in the bid since he said that is the average of what most jobs require. He explained the warranty choices, color options, etc. After driving to a couple of houses in the neighborhood to look at their roof's that had been done by Legit Exteriors, we wanted a color sample. Ryan dropped it off the next day and we made our selection. We were scheduled out about 10 weeks. I got a call from David at Legit Exteriors and everything was on time as scheduled. The tear off and installation took about a week.The crew was absolutely awesome, very hard working.Very respectful of property. They showed me several places with dry rot. They got the change order and didn't miss a beat. Everything done very quickly and seemlessly. I heard from David at Legit Exteriors 3 times during the week. He was just checking to make sure we were happy with everything. Communication was absolutely great. I did find one thing that was initially missed, as soon as I called David back and explained what it was he got the crew back out here and they fixed it in about 2 hours. It was a piece of facial that needed to be replaced and was in the quote. After everything was done I talked to the project manager Sawyer and got the information of where to send the final payment. I have already recommended them for another job and will recommend them for future jobs. Great communication all the way around, very easy to work with and the work was absolutely fantastic. Roof is beautiful.
