Nice people to deal with before any work begins. Partial roof shingle repair/replacement was done following good practices. Proper blending of new shingles to existing shingles. Very attentive to repair/replace all damaged shingles. New capping on rake boards done satisfactorily. Would recommend and use again.

We recently had a ProVia door installed by Catalfano Brothers, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. From our first meeting with Joe to the completion of the project with Cody and the installation team, everyone was professional, attentive, and highly responsive to all of our questions and concerns. The communication throughout the process was excellent, and the installers did a fantastic job with both the quality of the work and their attention to detail. Our new door looks amazing, and we couldn’t be happier with the final result. We highly recommend Catalfano Brothers to anyone looking for quality products and exceptional customer service!

The team was great at responding as well as the cleanup each day. It was really helpful to have access to the Hover 3D model of our house. We ended up picking a color that matches better to our house compared to the sample colors from binder.

Catalfano Brothers installed a new roof and gutters for us. Every aspect of our experience was first rate. Their representatives, including people at the office, were responsive and communicated with us every step of the way, with good written material. Both crews were professional, courteous and amazingly hard-working. The roof crew, which had the longer job, arrived at sunrise and worked until sunset, quietly and efficiently, getting the job done in one long day. Both crews cleaned up meticulously.The coordinator of the crews communicated with us throughout to give us updates. We are very happy with the service we received and with our new roof and gutters!

The entire process, from initial quote to conclusion, was executed well. I was impressed with their Owens Corning Platinum preferred status (top tier.) Our estimator, Andrew, was fair and set good expectations. He wasn't too pushy and answered all of our questions. The roofing manager, Rob, kept everything timely and clean. Our NE Philadelphia neighbors can be a bit abrasive but he maintained cool professionalism and was polite to them despite that. When our quote changed slightly he took the time to show me pictures and make sure we were on the same page. There was hidden damage (we suspected beforehand) that the crew fixed up the same day. Ellen and Lisa in the office communicated clearly and didn't waste my time. I liked the way they handled payments with the online ACH withdrawals and use of email. I've known Charlie Catalfano from Le Tip and didn't know of many dissatisfied clients over the years. Charlie and his staff kept all their words and did a very fair job. I trust them, like them, and know they will stand behind their work. We will strongly consider them in the future for other exterior needs. It was a low stress transaction. Thank you!

"We have had numerous problems with the work performed. While the continue to come back out to address the exterior issues promptly, it is troublesome that my small roof has so many problems--including after several inspections and reassurances. Catalfano failed to resolve the interior damage to my home, which we will have to remedy ourselves or seek alternate redress. Catalfano repeatedly failed to provide promised estimates for other work that was requested. I have also attempted to address all of these issues with them prior to writing this review, but they have refused to respond. All that said, the office staff are great."

"The sales person and crew were fantastic. We are happy with the final result, but the process and especially the project manager were terrible. After waiting 3 months with virtually no communication we were given 3 days notice that our job would proceed the week before Christmas. We had to cut a vacation short and drive 12 hours home to meet the crew with very little notice or miss the opportunity to have our job completed. We were essentially told its now or never. Once the crew was onsite the project manager was very condescending and offered to read us the contract when we asked what we should expect each day- as in span of day, what they hoped to accomplish each day etc. As they started removing the old siding my husband and I periodically came out to check what was going on and see how much rot etc was discovered. I was then told to not come out again seemingly for my safety even though I was coming out the front door when they were working in the back, but he did allow my husband to come out of the house. Sadly it was obvious that it was more that they did not want to be bothered and did not want us to notice when they tried to cover the old asbestos siding even though it stated in the contract- that the project manager offered to read us earlier in the day- that it would all be removed. When questioned about it the project manager tried to scare us into not removing it by falsely claiming that we would have to put all new plywood up. He tried to make us believe that it was going to be 20-30 sheets and cost thousands more than originally quoted. We reminded him again that it stated in the contract how much each sheet was and we had talked thru all of this with the Jim- our sales person. Then he tried to say they did not have enough time to do it because we had delayed the job by not letting them start before we drove home from Georgia. Clearly they just wanted to be done before the holiday, but it was not our choice when they started. After a flurry of phone calls to the office and Jim the sales person the crew did remove the old siding and only used 2 sheets of plywood not 20. After that day the project manager did not come to the job site and things ran smoother. The crew was receptive about things we noticed and despite the rocky start we were happy in the end."
