The installation of our two windows was an incredible experience for us everything went smoothly extremely happy with the finished product our two new windows are absolutely Wonderful. Both workers were highly professional and very friendly they made the experience very satisfying for us. We would Highly recommend anyone looking for Home Improvement to Definitely contact Catalfano Brothers!

Catalfano Roofing reacted to our phone call almost immediately! Arrived to check out our concerns on the flat portion of our home's roof and then went one step further to assure there were no other issues on the entire roof that needed to be addressed! The team was great at responding as well as the cleanup each day. It was really helpful to have access to the Hover 3D model of our house. We ended up picking a color that matches better to our house compared to the sample colors from binder.

I have recommended this company to many neighbors and friends because they are good and stand by their work. First, several years ago we had to have our only 8 year old roof repaired (not installed by them) as it was leaking. They found obvious errors from the previous install. Leaks fixed. Later on, more leaks due to wind damage. They came as soon as they could and repaired those. Repaired a couple neighbors roofs over the next year and replaced one I know of. Informed us from the very beginning that we had very very poor ventilation in the attic. Finally decided to spend the $$$ and get a new roof with proper insulation (R 60). We now have new decking (the poor ventilation compromised the 105 year old decking), proper modern ventilation and super high quality shingles and membrane. The insulation company they referred us to was notably exceptional as well so I'll mention Koala Insulation. We have a steady indoor temperature on each floor now and the overall comfort of the home is quite noticeable. I will continue to refer this solid company.

We had a complete roof replacement done which went very smoothly! The roofers worked throughout the entire day and got it done and even cleaned up right down to the last nail, they made sure it was back in order when they left after a one day job. Also Cody and Andrew from our consultations were very patient with all our questions. Their pricing was very fair as well! Definitely happy to have chosen this company !

"We have had numerous problems with the work performed. While the continue to come back out to address the exterior issues promptly, it is troublesome that my small roof has so many problems--including after several inspections and reassurances. Catalfano failed to resolve the interior damage to my home, which we will have to remedy ourselves or seek alternate redress. Catalfano repeatedly failed to provide promised estimates for other work that was requested. I have also attempted to address all of these issues with them prior to writing this review, but they have refused to respond. All that said, the office staff are great."

"The sales person and crew were fantastic. We are happy with the final result, but the process and especially the project manager were terrible. After waiting 3 months with virtually no communication we were given 3 days notice that our job would proceed the week before Christmas. We had to cut a vacation short and drive 12 hours home to meet the crew with very little notice or miss the opportunity to have our job completed. We were essentially told its now or never. Once the crew was onsite the project manager was very condescending and offered to read us the contract when we asked what we should expect each day- as in span of day, what they hoped to accomplish each day etc. As they started removing the old siding my husband and I periodically came out to check what was going on and see how much rot etc was discovered. I was then told to not come out again seemingly for my safety even though I was coming out the front door when they were working in the back, but he did allow my husband to come out of the house. Sadly it was obvious that it was more that they did not want to be bothered and did not want us to notice when they tried to cover the old asbestos siding even though it stated in the contract- that the project manager offered to read us earlier in the day- that it would all be removed. When questioned about it the project manager tried to scare us into not removing it by falsely claiming that we would have to put all new plywood up. He tried to make us believe that it was going to be 20-30 sheets and cost thousands more than originally quoted. We reminded him again that it stated in the contract how much each sheet was and we had talked thru all of this with the Jim- our sales person. Then he tried to say they did not have enough time to do it because we had delayed the job by not letting them start before we drove home from Georgia. Clearly they just wanted to be done before the holiday, but it was not our choice when they started. After a flurry of phone calls to the office and Jim the sales person the crew did remove the old siding and only used 2 sheets of plywood not 20. After that day the project manager did not come to the job site and things ran smoother. The crew was receptive about things we noticed and despite the rocky start we were happy in the end."
