I had Catalfano Brothers assess my roof and roof window as I didn’t know the age of my Mt Airy roof. I learned of them in witnessing their work on a roof installation on a beautiful home in my neighborhood. It was easy to schedule with them and the office even called to keep me updated on their arrival time. Jess and Andrew were both professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with. I will definitely call them for all my future roof needs!

We recently had a ProVia door installed by Catalfano Brothers, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. From our first meeting with Joe to the completion of the project with Cody and the installation team, everyone was professional, attentive, and highly responsive to all of our questions and concerns. The communication throughout the process was excellent, and the installers did a fantastic job with both the quality of the work and their attention to detail. Our new door looks amazing, and we couldn’t be happier with the final result. We highly recommend Catalfano Brothers to anyone looking for quality products and exceptional customer service!

Catalfano Brothers installed a new roof and gutters for us. Every aspect of our experience was first rate. Their representatives, including people at the office, were responsive and communicated with us every step of the way, with good written material. Both crews were professional, courteous and amazingly hard-working. The roof crew, which had the longer job, arrived at sunrise and worked until sunset, quietly and efficiently, getting the job done in one long day. Both crews cleaned up meticulously.The coordinator of the crews communicated with us throughout to give us updates. We are very happy with the service we received and with our new roof and gutters!

The entire process, from initial quote to conclusion, was executed well. I was impressed with their Owens Corning Platinum preferred status (top tier.) Our estimator, Andrew, was fair and set good expectations. He wasn't too pushy and answered all of our questions. The roofing manager, Rob, kept everything timely and clean. Our NE Philadelphia neighbors can be a bit abrasive but he maintained cool professionalism and was polite to them despite that. When our quote changed slightly he took the time to show me pictures and make sure we were on the same page. There was hidden damage (we suspected beforehand) that the crew fixed up the same day. Ellen and Lisa in the office communicated clearly and didn't waste my time. I liked the way they handled payments with the online ACH withdrawals and use of email. I've known Charlie Catalfano from Le Tip and didn't know of many dissatisfied clients over the years. Charlie and his staff kept all their words and did a very fair job. I trust them, like them, and know they will stand behind their work. We will strongly consider them in the future for other exterior needs. It was a low stress transaction. Thank you!

This company was wonderful from the get-go. Totally above board with all costs and potential costs. The materials offered were displayed in a beautiful brochure that I kept and had time to make my decision. The team came in a timely fashion and worked exquisitely well together. The clean-up was meticulous. The final product was beautiful. My roof was a bit more complex because part of it is a “flat roof” which takes a more complex approach. I also had my garage roof replaced as well. I am beyond pleased with my new roof(s).
