A young man (Tahjik) stopped by on a Saturday because he was on the neighborhood and noticed some damage to our roof. We knew we needed repairs, and even had received quotes, but we had been putting it off. So since he was here, I agreed to let him schedule us for an inspection. We scheduled for Tuesday and as scheduled Alfonzo showed up to inspect. After all was said and done we agreed on a price that was 2 times higher than what we had previously been quoted but the expectation was set. We would have a project manager to oversee the project, everything would be covered and debris would be containedand. We were told that the job would be completed professionally by a team that went through extensive training and that the yard would be swept 3 times with a magnet to retrieve most nails. Day one, the crew (2 men) was about an hour late arriving. No big deal. We had to leave and when we returned around 2 pm there was only one guy working. He left around 3 and returned around 4:30. He left for the day around 6pm. Day two the crew arrived around 7am and worked all day until almost 9pm. The work thus far (they finished yesterday) looks good, however, the service aspect that we were sold on did not nearly meet the expectation. There was debris (felt, nails and even a redbull can) left in our pool. Our project manager Matthew offered to take the rake and get the debris out. We declined. They broke one of our solar yard lights, which Matthew replaced. There was broken glass on our pool decking as well as lots or nails, felt and shingles all over the yard. We discussed with Matrhew how displeased we were. He apologized and contacted his boss, who offered us an amount off that was really a slap in the face. I would NOT recommend this company and the No Soliciting sign is going up at the front door asap.

Project manager was AJ and crew were: Martin, Jose, Ezekiel And Marcos. Overall pleased with the results of the Terracotta color roof. Took a day and a half to complete a 2k sqft roof with several peaks and valleys. They didn‘t have enough tarp to cover everything as anticipated. They did pick up throughout each day which was greatly appreciated. They also used a large magnet several times throughout both days to pickup nails. Again greatly appreciated. Also appreciated them moving the heavy potted plants out of the way in front and helping me put back at the end. AJ did a walk around inspection with the crew and had them fix several spots. Overall looks great, familiar with how new shingles may need time to properly lay down and seal over time, so expecting certain areas to improve later on. Not too worried as they will fix it if there are issues. Expected the PM to be around much of the day, but had to leave early and was a ghost until the guys were almost finished the second day. Was provided photos late the first day after everyone was gone and asked for the finished shots of the second day. Overall I would recommend them to others and know you can negotiate the price and they offer financing which helps.

Setting up the initial meeting was quick and painless. The salesman was knowledgeable and the roof installation was set up in record time. The workers showed up on time and worked hard. They were not able to get the whole roof installation done on the first day, but came back the next day and finished up. Because of a mixup regarding who the foreman was, we were kept in the dark about progress and expectations until the job was done. The replacement foreman showed up when the workers were done and agreed that some of the shingles looked bad and had the workers return to replace a few of them. I still was not satisfied with how a lot of the shingles were laying. I was told that after a few hot days, the heat from the sun would activate the glue and the shingles should lay flat, but the weather has not cooperated, yet. I’m still hoping that the roof will one day look like I expected it to, and if it did, I would give 5 stars, but the company nagged me and my husband to fill out the survey. At this point, with the roof looking like it does, I can’t give 5 stars. Everything else about the experience was fine, so I’m giving 4 stars.

Kevin short was my project manager for my siding job. He was very efficient and made sure all my needs were addressed visited my property frequently to ensure the project was on pace to be finished in a timely fashion. Very intelligent young man and would recommend this project manager to anyone looking for great service. The crew worked very hard and they listened to me as well. I truly appreciate them going out of their way to take care of my needs. Rodney was excellent with correcting the issues had as well. Overall great experience!

Home Genius came out on Saturday for an estimate Andre was great very knowledgeable A week later Monday began installation of siding it took 2 days. Project Manger Jeremy was great. Sean from the work crew was great. We had one problem where the HVAC line was punctured. Repairs by HVAC company repaired next day. We came to mutually satisfactory resolution to the additional cost to project. The siding is beautiful good workmanship everything thing cleaned up. Would definitely recommend this company
