While the work done on our siding was ultimately fine, the communication from Trinity left a lot to be desired. We had a small job in the $4k range involving the replacement of some chipped cedar shakes and step flashing. After the initial evaluation/putting down our deposit during the second week of August, we had one person (who I believe was a subcontractor for Trinity) come out three weeks later in September to take another look. And then...radio silence for another month, until I proactively called the office the second week of October to ask where we were in the schedule. From this point it felt like we were passed around to three different people - we never heard from the operations assistant originally assigned to us again - and after my call it took another two weeks for work to actually start. I acknowledge that some of that was due to weather, but this was *also* because the technician assigned to our job arrived at our house without any of the materials needed, as he'd been told they were supposed to be delivered that morning. It also sounded like he'd only been given a very vague description of the work that needed to be done. For what it's worth I don't blame him at all, but at least in our case it seemed like there was a breakdown of communication between the main office and their techs. Look, I get it - there was that hailstorm back in September, and it makes sense that those $10k-20k roof repair jobs would take higher priority than our siding repair. I would've been totally understanding if someone had just reached out, called or sent an email telling us that it'd be awhile before they got to our job. But there wasn't any communication at all, and I suspect that if I hadn't reached out in early October, our job would still be in limbo.

After a hail storm, I reached out to Trinity (and some others) regarding the damage. Josh at Trinity outshined everyone by a mile and worked with us through all sorts insurance issues. Josh was consistent, communicated well, and beyond trustworthy/honest. After getting everything approved and moving forward, things stayed on the same great track. Our roof was replaced by an amazing team who did outstanding work! Extremely clean and professional. Then came siding replacement. Jesus with Trinity and his crew also did impeccable work. Clean and well installed. Not rushed in the slightest. Any issues that came up along the way, Trinity handled promptly and professionally. I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again! Great work. Clean work. Easy to work with. Doesn't get much better than that!

Trinity did a fabulous job. Tyler handled the sale efficiently. Jesus was an excellent project manager. He went above and beyond explaining the process. He kept me fully informed while the roof was being replaced. Updated with pictures and answered all of my many questions. His crew was wonderful. They were very respectful of my property and did superb work. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

From my first call to Trinity Exteriors and speaking with Jaz who answered my many questions in detail and professionally. Jaz was also very kind and courteous while scheduling our initial estimate appointment, I was hoping this company would be the best option. After doing our due diligence and getting several other estimates, we were so excited to find that Trinity Exteriors gave us the best information, sales process, pricing, and best customer service during our siding project. Jesus was the amazing Project Manager that was here every day from start to finish. He answered every questions, provided timely progress updates including many pictures of the progress. Jesus was knowledgeable, transparent with any time constraints or additional small repairs or design upgrades. Best of all was the way we saw Jesus work with and support the amazing work crew that we had onsite lead by Alex. Alex provided great insight and recommendations on the use of our accent colors and other design upgrades. Alex also lead the crew in a kind and professional manner and kept the project on time! We are extremely grateful for the new snazzy siding and gutters we now have. Thank You Trinity Exteriors for helping make our home beautiful. We can’t wait for our next project with your awesome team!

Having Trinity do our siding project was a great experience. Ted gave us a number of options to consider and Jesus was a great Project Manager keeping in touch with us daily. His team lead by Romo were top notch tradesmen that executed excellent craftsmanship. We are so happy with the results. I feel like we have a brand new home!
