We had a GREAT experience with Trinity on replacing our old roof. They had recently completed a house a couple of houses down last year and we were impressed with their speed and cleanliness. We first met with Josh, Project Consultant who was thorough but never “salesy”. He walked us through options and colors and was prompt with communication and visit times. They took care of securing all of the permits as well. We got on the schedule and they were able to accommodate us quickly as we had a leaky roof. We then met Project Manager Jesus who was awesome and very communicative before and during the work. What was most impressive was the crew he oversaw. They arrived at 6:50 and were pulling shingles off by 7. They work HARD and were so polite with me and my family. They did a great job in ensuring they didn’t damage any of our plants and did an even better job cleaning up after (even used a magnet to catch any potential nails which I really appreciated as we have a 2.5 y/o at home). The roof turned out great and their warranty gives us a lot of peace of mind. 10/10 will hire again for our next project. Thanks Trinity team!

From start to finish, those employed by Trinity were knowledgeable, transparent and they did what they commited to do. Joshua and Robert were a joy to work with and the crew doing the work we're obviously very experienced and very hard workers. Yard cleanup was excellent and I have yet to find a nail anywhere and I have done my best to find any left behind. My wife and I are fully satisfied with this project. Trinity is one of only three exterior contractors to be approved by the Hennepin county vetting process and they are worthy of serious consideration when looking for bids on home exterior projects, especially since they offers generous benefits to repeat customers.

Trinity Exteriors team handled my roof and siding replacement with precision and excellent workman ship. Jesus our project manager was very professional and communicated perfectly and all expectations were satisfied, he went out of his way to do the little extra things that we felt needed to be addressed. His crew lead by Brayan the site manager was also very accommodating and the installation of both the roof and siding were done with excellent detail and quality.

The entire Trinity team went above and beyond from start to finish. They provided timely explanations, guidance, updates, and insight throughout process, and successfully navigated insurance challenges and conversations to advocate on my behalf. The work was done quickly and efficiently and that only does it look beautiful, but I can see and feel the difference in my home. I’m so grateful and would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Trinity Exteriors is a Godsend! Ted, Sergio and Jesus along with their stellar siding, soffit & fascia crews are A++! This is a large project for a 54 home HOA. From project initiation & planning with Ted, who had extreme patience with all our questions and details requested to research, to Sergio and Jesus getting the product and crews in the field on project kickoff on time! Jesus (Project Manager) has a daily touch base with the HOA Lead and if required more to make sure all concerns and needs are met! The Trinity crews are some of the most respectful, kind, hard working crews I have worked with. They are extremely accommodating and highly skilled at showing real-time examples of design issues that arise, and provide alternative solutions real time in the field. They are caring about our spaces and take many precautions to avoid damage around homes. No construction project is 100% perfect, issues “will” arise… but how the issue is dealt with is EVERYTHING! Jesus and team make sure all concerns are communicated and rectified to the customers satisfaction. Jesus takes the time to review, assess, discuss and take the appropriate action. Ted, Sergio and Jesus put customer concerns at ease because they are extremely proactive at resolution and planning. If you are an HOA with a large project that you want done right the first time… Trinity Exteriors is your answer… you will feel like part of a family.. because they truly care about their customers and their expected outcomes! Bravo across the board, and especially to Jesus who keeps the day to day project going!
