After an excellent roofing job, we invited King Quality back to install new windows for our Sun Room. Julio and his crew were excellent! The KQ team arrived on time with the right materials and got working right away. The job to replace 5 large windows and one bathroom window took two days and went very smoothly. They were prepared with clean tarps for both outside and inside the house and kept a very tidy work area. The windows are super nice and the installation is top notch! All sealed and new trim installed properly. Looks amazing! Incredible upgrade completed very quickly and professionally! Great Job KQ! Highly recommended!

We had an excellent experience from start to finish during the estimate process. Jake M was extremely professional, responsive, and easy to communicate with. He took the time to thoroughly explain the entire scope of work, answered all of our questions clearly, and made sure we felt confident and informed every step of the way. The estimate was detailed and transparent, and the overall process felt very organized and stress free. Based on our experience so far, we feel very comfortable moving forward and are looking forward to having the work completed. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a roofing company that values communication and customer care. I will update my review once the work is complete! UPDATE: We had our whole roof replaced, and everything was done and complete in just one day. We worked with Mike and Martinez. The whole crew was respectful, did a phenomenal job, and cleaned up beautifully. After all the work was done Mike did a walk through with me to show me all of the work they did and showing me pictures as he went to help describe and explain the work that was done. I had the pictures emailed over to me after so I could share with my husband. Everyone was incredibly respectful, knowledgeable, and broke everything into simple terms! They really take pride in their work and do it well. I would highly recommend to anyone. It’s on the higher end of pricing, but in my opinion it is 100% worth it.

I contacted King Quality to reside my house and shed .My salesman Marc Simonian was outstanding from start to finish. He made the whole process seamless. Thank you Marc for everything you did to beautify our house. Much appreciate you brother. I also want to thank the project manager Mike for your professionalism during the process. I appreciate all you did to make sure the installation was done to perfection. The installation crew at my home did an amazing job with every aspect of the job. I couldn't be more pleased with the end result. Thank you all for a team effort on my home.

From start to finish, King Quality was superb! We got an estimate the very next day after calling and it was absolutely needed since we had a couple of leaks. Marc took his time to explain every single step of the process and all of the options along the way. He was truly a joy to work with. The install was done in a day and our new roof looks beautiful!! All of the water damaged and old wood was replaced, aesthetics and function were both carefully considered. We even got a free yard cleanup, it looks better than before they started the work. This was easily one of the best choices we’ve made. Thank you for all of your help!

5 stars? Really? The communication and promises made between the office vs the workers was completely opposite. The office promises you to be taken care of which is reassuring but when I met with the person doing the work I got the complete opposite multiple times. I am a young woman and I personally feel like I was talked down to like I didn’t know anything and manipulated into agreeing with them. All we asked for was anything equivalent to versatex for our fascia boards and were told yes, no problem. When we had our windows done I saw the exact material we asked for being used so we never thought we’d have a problem. We were wrong, they covered our rotted wood fascia boards with a pvc capping and are now being told what we originally asked for is not possible (complete bullshit I’m sorry). The work done on one’s home should be what the customer asks for and not what the company decides is okay. They tried to compensate but we are still out $1-2k and have not heard back in over a month. The worker told me what I paid is the capping but when I met with the salesman he assured us we could get the versatex equivalent (I believe azak), my husband and I confirmed multiple times about the versatex in our initial meeting. Please be aware that 5 stars is complete bullshit. We had windows and roof done as well which went better than the fascia board situation but we still had to call them back multiple times to fix simple things that were supposed to be done the first time. Also the salesman Chase lacked communication in a few ways- I am very detailed oriented person and certain things were not explained fully, I would have chosen different products if I could have. The only way this company will fix anything is through reviews so here I am. Hope you have a better experience than we did. The last picture is what was used to cover and not replace like we asked.
