I had Pella install their top-of-the-line premium double front door and two premium single entry doors just a week ago, and I’m extremely disappointed with the results. I’ve contacted Pella and am waiting for their response. I’ve attached photos showing the issues. The doors appear to have been measured incorrectly, are not level, do not close properly, and have visible gaps that let hot air into the house. This is completely unacceptable for brand-new premium doors. To make matters worse, the installation crew used my bench as a work table and stained the seat cushion. The overall craftsmanship is very poor. I paid for Pella’s best doors and expected premium installation to match. Instead, I received substandard workmanship. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Pella.

Had Olson replace roof, siding, and windows on our house in Downers Grove. Couldn't be happier!! The team that we worked with for sales and scheduling were great communicating throughout the process. They were always responsive, and answered all of our questions clearly. The teams that did the work left our property just as clean at the end of every day as they found it. They were all respectful and professional. Our house looks and feels like a new house. Good quality products and good people make Olson the type of company that I will definitely recommend to friends and family.

More than 20 years ago, we hired Olson Windows & Siding for a complete window replacement on our home in Wauconda, and we couldn't have been happier with the results. Olson did a great job designing, ordering and installing our new front door. Their pricing was extremely competitive. The installation crew was very friendly and professional. Ivan, the salesperson and project manager made sure everything wax done on-time with all of the project details handled. I could not be any happier with the entire project and the outcome of our new beautiful door.

I’ve used this company for multiple projects and referred to family and friends who also used them. Great range of options for windows and helped me navigate historic district downtown Barrington regulations. Excellent quality of work and fair pricing. They even repaired rot on my porch during install. No hard sell, just trying to get you what you want and need. Tony is always my first call! He’s also extremely responsive and professional. Upfront pricing, no games or gimmicks. Honest, local, you can’t go wrong!
