Olson did a great job designing, ordering and installing our new front door. Their pricing was extremely competitive. The installation crew was very friendly and professional. Ivan, the salesperson and project manager made sure everything wax done on-time with all of the project details handled. I could not be any happier with the entire project and the outcome of our new beautiful door.

Tony was amazing from the minute we met him until the entire job was completed last week. The installers were absolutely the best. On time, diligent, careful to protect our house, true craftsmanship! And kind and did a great clean up as well. We love our new windows!!

If you are shopping around for a window and siding company, I cannot recommend Olson enough!!! I was in a 2-year back and forth battle with my insurance company to get my siding replaced and from start to finish, the team at Olson that I worked with (Scottie, Chris, Josh, Albert and Mike) were EXCELLENT to work with! From the beginning, I never felt pressured or felt like I was being given a hard sell from anyone I communicated with at Olson. Everyone was super communicative, supportive, and were willing to take the time to have conversations with me to answer my questions when they came up. Scottie was the point person that I was communicating with during this entire process. He was super responsive whenever I called or texted him throughout the process. He was really patient with me and would take the time to explain where we were in the process with working with the insurance company to the installation of the siding. It was so great and reassuring to have him on my side! He made sure that everyone I was working with was on the same page. Anytime I had a question, he made sure that he passed that question to that person and would get me a response in a timely manner. I loved working with him! Josh worked so hard advocating for me with the insurance company. He put in so much work coming out to my house multiple times to take pictures of the hail damage to send to the insurance company when they said that there wasn’t enough damage. He was the one having multiple conversations with my insurance company to ensure that all my siding got replaced. Anytime he spoke to my insurance company, he made sure that he notified me of what they said. Eventually, when my case went to appraisal because the insurance company was no longer willing to work with us, Josh was the one who helped me out with preparing the paperwork and organizing the appraisal process to be completed. He was a huge asset to have on my side and I am truly appreciative and thankful for all the hard work he put in! Chris was so helpful with starting the claim with my insurance company and coming out to our house to help us design our siding. He listened to what we wanted and would give us recommendations of what would look good over time. He took the time to walk around the outside of the house with us to talk about what we want changed/replaced. He then created a computer model of our house to give us an idea of what our house would look like, which was super helpful! Albert and Mike were the two guys that installed our siding. These guys were incredible!!! The attention to detail to make sure everything was done right was amazing! They worked tirelessly on a daily basis and the quality of their workmanship never waivered. They were very communicative and they would give me their recommendations of what would look good and what would be best when things came up. They even installed our new house numbers and outdoor lights. We were really happy with their work and we love how our house looks now! Many of our neighbors have come up to us to tell us how great our house looks now. Again, if you are shopping for a siding company, look no further. Olson is the company that you want to work with and I can’t recommend them enough!

Olson came to my rescue with siding that needed replacing. Professional, courteous and extremely efficient from start to finish. They went the extra mile in procuring the best siding for the job. They handled all the paperwork with the village. Completely transparent with pricing- friendly and professional service from Yvette managing all the details with the Joseph and the team from the office to the field. Fast, clean, beautiful work- I couldn’t be happier and I will be going back to them for all my house maintenance needs from here on in. Thank you Olson co. You’re the best!
