We recently had our roof and gutters replaced by Dr Roof and overall had a very positive experience. The salesperson at our initial appointment felt a little rushed and we didn’t get much time to review shingle samples, but he did provide addresses of homes with the colors we were considering, which really helped us make our final decision. The roofing crew was excellent. They kept our property very clean throughout the project and during final cleanup, and they even left us a full package of extra shingles for future repairs if needed. We also had gutters installed, and while the gutter crew left behind more cleanup for my husband, the work itself turned out well. One product they used temporarily discolored our grass, but it recovered quickly. We appreciated having a dedicated supervisor who kept us updated throughout the project and followed up to correct a few minor aesthetic issues at the end. We also liked that there was no pressure for payment. They truly wanted to make sure we were satisfied first. The only thing I didn’t love was the black drip edge installed with our charcoal shingles. Apparently it’s standard, but I wish that had been discussed more beforehand since it stood out more than I expected. Overall, I would recommend Dr Roof. Their pricing was competitive, they did quality work, and they handled the project with integrity.

Solid company and great experience from sales through to execution, billing, insurance claim and warranty confirmation. Preferred to go with a seasoned roofer with good reviews, good certifications (settled on GAF which they specialize in) and a competent back office to handle insurance claim issues. They did not disappoint. And they are quick to answer questions and address questions that pop up along the way, even after installation. Most of the work was done in one day, and the second day was for fine-tuning and cleanup. This was for a residential roof replacement using Timberline HDZ. We got Mission Brown.

We recently chose Dr. Roof after vetting several gutter replacement and soffit repair companies in our area. The sales rep who came out was not pushy and did a great job of getting us an estimate, submitted a proposal we could provide to our HOA, and came in at a price that was solid for the amount of work we needed. Wasn’t the cheapest but far from the most pricey. The company kept us well informed on the work and had the wood repair person come out and he spent almost 3 full days replacing a large amount of rotten wood - more than I think the company had anticipated as they had to push back our gutters and extra day to get that work done and looking right. Then a large crew came out and worked very hard and very cleanly to replace all of our gutters and gave us slightly larger gutters to help solve issues we had where downpours were causing overflow at times. When they left, we had beautiful new gutters and no more wood rot. Best of all, they didn’t up the quoted price even though I’m certain that they needed more wood repair than they originally planned for. Finally, they didn’t overpressure us with our invoice - just emailed it to us a couple of days later and I had zero hesitation mailing them a check for a job well done. And they haven’t called to ask if I mailed the check yet or for this review. I can’t remember the last time a company handled their business like this. And ai don’t write many reviews. All I can say is that if you’re considering affordable gutter replacement on a home with rotting wood - you should definitely get a quote from these guys. I have zero hesitation giving them 5 stars.

Dr. Roof did a fantastic job repairing my roof leak. The service tech came out very quickly, inspected and diagnosed details of my roof leak. Estimate was given immediately and was extremely fair. The roof repair tech came very quickly too. All work was completed in a day and the clean up was spotless. I'm very happy with the service I received and highly recommend this roofing company.

I just had my roof replaced and new gutters installed by Dr. Roof and I am beyond satisfied. From the first appointment with Courtney Joost, the Sales Rep, I knew that I would be taken care of. Courtney made her recommendations and kept me informed throughout the process. She was attentive and responsive to my many questions. The whole process was seamless. Denis the Control Supervisor was also great. He was present at the beginning of installation and promptly followed up to inform me of the work that was done and gave an assessment of the roof's condition as well as what was done to remedy the problem. The gutter installation a few days later was also seamless. I also have to mention the extra care that the workers took to protect the plants that are close to the house as well as covering my new deck. They also meticulously cleaned up when the job was completed. I would highly recommend this company for future projects.
