Fantastic experience from start to finish, no haggling, no bloated budget, used exactly what was quoted and had special order chimney shroud custom made and done two days after roof was done. Roof was done esrlier than forcast and the staff and workers on site were very respectful and courteous to property and us. Highly recommend Dr. Roof to anyone!

We recently had our roof and gutters replaced by Dr Roof and overall had a very positive experience. The salesperson at our initial appointment felt a little rushed and we didn’t get much time to review shingle samples, but he did provide addresses of homes with the colors we were considering, which really helped us make our final decision. The roofing crew was excellent. They kept our property very clean throughout the project and during final cleanup, and they even left us a full package of extra shingles for future repairs if needed. We also had gutters installed, and while the gutter crew left behind more cleanup for my husband, the work itself turned out well. One product they used temporarily discolored our grass, but it recovered quickly. We appreciated having a dedicated supervisor who kept us updated throughout the project and followed up to correct a few minor aesthetic issues at the end. We also liked that there was no pressure for payment. They truly wanted to make sure we were satisfied first. The only thing I didn’t love was the black drip edge installed with our charcoal shingles. Apparently it’s standard, but I wish that had been discussed more beforehand since it stood out more than I expected. Overall, I would recommend Dr Roof. Their pricing was competitive, they did quality work, and they handled the project with integrity.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Experience with Dr. Roof – Ask for Cole! I had an excellent experience with Dr. Roof from beginning to end, starting with my sales representative, Cole. What stood out to me immediately was the passion Cole has for what he does and for helping people. Before contacting Dr. Roof, I had other roofing companies basically tell me, “Your roof is old, and you need to pay to replace it.” Cole was different. He took the time to actually get on my roof, inspect it, take pictures, and explain what he found. He also helped me better understand my Allstate insurance policy and explained why, based on my coverage and the damage he saw, he believed my roof should qualify for replacement. He didn’t just tell me what I wanted to hear—he helped me understand the process and worked with me through the insurance claim. That meant a lot because dealing with insurance can be confusing and stressful. When the roofing crew arrived, they were just as impressive. In addition to wind damage, I had been dealing with a lot of rain coming into my fireplace area, so getting this roof replaced was very important to me. The crew started on time, worked from sunup to sundown, and completed the job in about a day and a half. They were professional, hardworking, and did an excellent job. Based on Cole’s recommendation, I decided to upgrade my shingles, and I am SO glad I did because my new roof is absolutely beautiful! They also did a great job cleaning up afterward. Everything was picked up, and I didn’t have nails left all over my property. From filing the insurance claim all the way through making my final payment, my experience with Dr. Roof was great. Whenever I had questions, they took the time to answer them and help me understand what was going on. If you need a new roof—especially if you need someone who is willing to help you understand the process of working with your insurance company—I highly recommend Dr. Roof, and ask for Cole! We recently chose Dr. Roof after vetting several gutter replacement and soffit repair companies in our area. The sales rep who came out was not pushy and did a great job of getting us an estimate, submitted a proposal we could provide to our HOA, and came in at a price that was solid for the amount of work we needed. Wasn’t the cheapest but far from the most pricey. The company kept us well informed on the work and had the wood repair person come out and he spent almost 3 full days replacing a large amount of rotten wood - more than I think the company had anticipated as they had to push back our gutters and extra day to get that work done and looking right. Then a large crew came out and worked very hard and very cleanly to replace all of our gutters and gave us slightly larger gutters to help solve issues we had where downpours were causing overflow at times. When they left, we had beautiful new gutters and no more wood rot. Best of all, they didn’t up the quoted price even though I’m certain that they needed more wood repair than they originally planned for. Finally, they didn’t overpressure us with our invoice - just emailed it to us a couple of days later and I had zero hesitation mailing them a check for a job well done. And they haven’t called to ask if I mailed the check yet or for this review. I can’t remember the last time a company handled their business like this. And ai don’t write many reviews. All I can say is that if you’re considering affordable gutter replacement on a home with rotting wood - you should definitely get a quote from these guys. I have zero hesitation giving them 5 stars.

Dr. Roof did a fantastic job repairing my roof leak. The service tech came out very quickly, inspected and diagnosed details of my roof leak. Estimate was given immediately and was extremely fair. The roof repair tech came very quickly too. All work was completed in a day and the clean up was spotless. I'm very happy with the service I received and highly recommend this roofing company.
