Tri State roofing is amazing! The crew was great and easy to work with. We had James hardi siding installed and looks amazing!! Jose and his crew were on top of everything and was finished within a week!! I highly recommend this company!!

When getting housing renovations, or any sort of maintenance on something in an every day life, one doesn’t how important it is to have a company and a project manager with good customer service, communication, and professionalism, until you’ve had a bad experience. BUT that’s the exact opposite for our experiences with TriState Roofing, Inc. and their awesome employees. I cannot stress enough how certain our household was when we got an estimate from Anthony Soto, who thoroughly walked us through the entire process. We had initially only sought out to get our roof redone, but when Soto elaborated on a vision for the potential our home has to feel new again, we started seriously considering what else TriState had to offer. I kid you not, after it was all said and done, we all agreed that in addition to a fully redone roof, vented and up to industry standard, that we wanted to redo our gutters, siding, windows, front door, AND our back deck renovated. And after viewing several before and after photos of their past projects, we couldn’t think otherwise. It’s worth noting that a family member had pressured us into being extra responsible , and get a second and third estimate / opinion, so we scheduled two more. Company 2 had to reschedule, and then the guy with company 3 just didn’t make us feel anywhere near as confident or comfortable with anything they had to offer in comparison; not service, not availability of choices, and certainly not pricing. To be honest, we wanted the guy to leave because we were so set on everything we had been stoked about because of our experience with TriState thus far. Lastly, the representative and project manager we have, Anthony Soto, I cannot stress enough, has gone above and beyond to ensure we feel comfortable and prepared for this epic transformation of our home. TriState Roofing, Inc. or bust.

We called Tristate roofing for a second estimate. They were able to come the next day even though their was current open bid the estimator. Was very professional and was able to get me an apples for apples comparison to the other bid. They came in at an almost identical quote which gave me reassurance that which ever company I went with that I was getting a fair price. I just want to thank tristate and Captain for their timely and professional response.

Great experience dealing with this company. The team was very friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with. I hope whoever reads this review saves themselves from the Tristate experience. My wife and I hired Tristate to complete multiple projects at our home and not one of them were completed as promised. Tristate’s most significant failure came from the skirting they installed around our home. We own a manufactured home and the skirting around it was severely damaged to the point animals could get under our house. Tristate said they could fix this, and multiple people promised us, multiple times, they would install it in a way that would completely enclose our crawl space, keeping dirt and animals out. The day the work crew arrived, I tried to explain to them what I wanted to ensure it was done properly but the foreman spoke broken English at best. After the work was completed, we found they had simply propped up the old and damaged material behind the new material, which caused dirt to slide under the new skirting, entering our crawl space (see photos). When we reached out to Tristate about this, we were met with nothing but hostility. Rather than trying to help us find a solution, they said the work we wanted done on the skirting was “outside the scope of the contract and manufacture recommendations.” None of this was communicated to us beforehand, and the limitations of the material used (James Hardy board) was never discussed. After correspondence with multiple employees only ONE apologized for our experience, but even that only came after threatening to file a civil complaint in court. At the time of this writing, we are still trying to complete the repairs Tristate failed to do. As young homeowners this has taught us a lesson that unfortunately had to be learned the hard way. If you are considering hiring Tristate, save yourself some time, money, and sanity and look elsewhere.
