“Without reservations, my wife and I have every reason to recommend the team of Roof Squad in the roof replacement of shingles to any home. Our home roof replacement after a hail storm on June 1, 2024 in Magnolia Texas was completely handled by the team headed by Jose Canales and with the on-the-ground management support from Reynaldo Canales from June through the completion of the project in early September. Together with other team members Arnold Antunez, Gabriela Portillo and others whose names escapes me now, we handled initial assessment and insurance companies claims process as well as our Property Association approval processes! The roofers labored with professionalism and expertise in August 2024 for three ten-hour days from start to finish in extreme heat of 103 degrees during middays. Mr. Reynaldo Canales personally handled in person at our home over a dozen days from the very start to post completion! What a professional in every respect! Thank you all at ROOF SQUAD for a job WELL DONE !”

“Roof Squad was very professional and knowledgeable in the process to do a full roof replacement under insurance. It was important to me to use a contractor whose roofing was their main business and would handle the insurance as well. Jose showed up with the adjuster to ensure they spotted the issues so insurance would approve. They submitted further documentation to the insurance during repair to ensure all parts of the roof were brought up to code and was able to get further repair work done. The highly detailed pictures taken and coverage with a drone was very appreciated, and happy to see they had a quality control process independent of the installation crew. I only had to pay my insurance deductible up-front and Roof Squad was comfortable waiting for the insurance payout almost 2 months after the job and I was thankful for that every little bit helps when you are repairing multiple problems after a storm.”

“I had a leaking back patio when I hired Roof Squad to replace my new roof. $23,000 later and I still have a leaking back patio. I called them back out when we noticed it was still leaking. They came out and told us it was our chimney that was making the roof leak. We found a chimney repairman who came out and found issues but didn’t suspect that to be the cause of the leak. We spent $1,000 fixing the issues with the chimney. It rained last night and I went out and checked, the back patio is still leaking.”

“Roof Repair Squad worked with our architect office to replace the Roof System that included framing replacement for our Roof and repired several existing roof system leaks in our Residence. The residence is designed for a total renovation that includes 2-Story addition building additional with new roof system that Roof Repair Squad is scheduled to perform.”
