Bought a $9500 front door last year, they installed a damaged product without realizing the day of the install. Afterwards immediately opened up a warranty replacement. 3 doors came out and were unboxed damaged, resulting in me rejecting them and having to take time off work for no reason. 4th door came out and was installed poorly, now it won't lock correctly. The warranty repairman stripped all of the hardware to the door (shown in photos) and even tried to fill in some screw holes with caulk rather than install screws.. I want to reiterate, I paid 9,500 for this door to have a botched install. It's cost me another couple thousand missing work. Would never recommend. If you see this post they have still not corrected this issue. ***updated - their response to reach out below is a generic and misleading comment. I did send an email and received no response. This issue has still not been resolved - 3/1/26***

I purchased double hung windows from directly from Pella. The sales process was seamless. Pella’s Field Manager, Hamed Noohi stopped by the project to answer questions and for an initial walk through. He as also responsive to questions raised by the onsite team. As I have just recieved my windows and they look wonderful. This review will focus on the Onsite project manager. Robert Sliminski, a licensed Pella window installer, he’s with the company Blue Sky, Robert replaced 22 windows in our home, and the entire experience was exceptional. From the moment Robert and his team arrived, they demonstrated professionalism and care. They arrived on time then immediately covered the floors and protected the entire work area before beginning installation. Throughout the project, Robert worked alongside his crew to ensure every window was installed properly and with great attention to detail. Robert took the time to clearly explain the installation process and answer every question we had—no matter how small. He also pointed out areas of the home where alternative construction approaches might have allowed the windows to perform even better, which showed his depth of knowledge and genuine commitment to doing the job right. His team was courteous, respectful of our home, and even polite to our neighbors. Robert himself is also just a genuinely pleasant person to work with—friendly, approachable, and even funny—which made the experience all the better. The project was completed on time, exactly as promised. Robert even made sure the caulking color perfectly matched the windows, and as he was leaving, he noticed a small spot of dust that had been missed and immediately came back to clean it. That level of thoroughness and pride in workmanship is rare and very much appreciated. The windows look remarkable, and we could not be happier with the result. Professional, punctual, meticulous, and a true perfectionist in the best sense. I would absolutely hire Robert again and highly recommend him to anyone considering window installation. Thank you, Robert—it was a pleasure working with you.

Kevin, Michael and Jose provided an exceptional service. Their expertise and detailed-oriented approach to repairing faulty window screens was superior. It was a pleasure to receive punctual, cordial, and a quality-focused service which is definitely difficult to find nowadays. Way to go!

The team of Richard, Mark, David, Jacob and Jose did an excellent job replacing a large arched window over our front door. They were efficient, professional and left the work area clean. Highly recommended!

I had the BEST SERVICE EXPERIENCE of any home service I have ever had (not just for this one, but across all types of companies, including cable, utilities, hvac service, etc)…I mean the best service overall! Technician, Dexter arrived early (A+), was polite, professional, and expedient. (He was even friendly to my loudly barking dog who I often crate because his manners need work. To my shock, my dog loved Dexter immediately 😳😅, but back to the review…). He was neat & clean in both work attire (believe it or not, to some of us customers, that does start a good impression upon entry) and in work habits (he cleaned up quickly and even took the little bit of trash with him). He was in and out in a flash and my door is working like new again. A+ for Dexter!!! And I’d also like to thank Kristina in service for her patience. I called to give a compliment to Dexter’s manager once he left because he eas great and because he allowed me to reclaim the morning hours I had blocked off. Kristina said she would convey that and then mentioned I could leave a Google review. (Well, I don’t use Google reviews often enough to remember how to get back to the review page, so she patiently talked me through that over the phone lol. She was kind and chuckled with me as I stumbled through it, initially thinking I could just go to the Pella website, click some link and do it that way). Please recognize these two great employees—Dexter for excellent field service, and Kristina in the service department for excellent phone service. Thank you for your time!
