Everyone that we had dealings with were great. Ryan the salesman, Jake the project Mgr., Patricia for all the scedualing of inspections, and the install crew were knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The entire customer service was second to none

I’m so grateful that I used this company, my roof looks so beautiful. I have a 3 car garage and now my garage is looking top dollar. The roof is really standing out and the material looks like I have layers the thickness the color black stands out. I’m bragging to my neighbors the my roof is the best one in the neighborhood. Jerry was outstanding. Not a salesman but instead just a human doing his best to make his customers happy and he exceeded in that. We were not pressured into any decisions. We cant wait to see all of our ideas become reality. We are so happy we went with Long Homes and no im not related, just a coincidence. 😉

The bathroom remodel I had Long Home install is beautiful. The employees were respectful and did a great job. When the installers phoned their “ boss” to say they had finished (to their credit it was 9:45pm) I was asked how I felt, I exclaimed how I was so pleased, but I realized that another added shelf or two would be helpful. I have made 3 requests for 2 more shower shelves.. no one has called me back. I know it’s a “ small job” but then just acknowledge it, and say you don’t want to do it… or say when you’re in my geographic area you would be happy to. Don’t just ignore me .
