Just had an outdated tub/shower removed with new tub and walls installed at our home in New England. Very very pleased with the results! Pricing was fair and product quality excellent! The installation team (TY so much Abner & Ricardo) were not only highly skilled but also prompt and very professional. When the one day job was complete there was NO sign a work crew had even been on the property! Just a gleaming new bathtub, perfectly outfitted with all desired fittings. Old fixtures and building materials removed without a trace. Worksite was spotless, no muss, fuss, or even dust. All oak floors in bath and throughout our house were left gleaming. LIKE MAGIC we hired Long Home and.... in one day we had a beautiful newly remodeled bath area. From project start with Wolfgang detailing product and answering our every question, Veronica working to get us on schedule quickly, and on to the finish line with a very engaged PM available throughout the install day, the entire Long Home team aimed for and achieved excellence in customer service. Jordan Weberman came to our home and explained in detail and in explicit technical terms at my request the entire roofing process and materials used. The product and warranty is the best I have had the experience to view thus far. Jordan is a valuable asset to Long Home, very pleasant, very knowledgeable, and definitely a pleasure to work with. I did a tub to shower conversion. The crew was very professional and clean. I absolutely love my new shower. The only complaint I woukd have is that the financing was not communicated properly and I ended up giving 4500 at completion that was not financed . I was not informed ahead of time about this.

Jerry was outstanding. Not a salesman but instead just a human doing his best to make his customers happy and he exceeded in that. We were not pressured into any decisions. We cant wait to see all of our ideas become reality. We are so happy we went with Long Homes and no im not related, just a coincidence. 😉
