Couldn't be more happy with the experience we had with Couto Construction. From start to finish the work was professional and swift. Our project advisor Tiler, made the initial process easy and affordable. We were in an emergency situation and he was able to make the job happen in less than a week. The office staff assisted in scheduling this job in such a short time. We received constant communication from the company reassuring their commitment to the work with updates on starting date and time. Weather permitting. Repair day came and despite the cold and windy weather both Claudinea and Rodrigo performed all necessary work to our Damaged Ridge vent. They kept us informed of the job from start to finish with photos while doing the repairs. We were able to ask questions along the way so we felt confident with what was being installed. Their work was efficient and professional. They left no traces of roofing materials at all after the work was completed. I would highly recommend Couto Construction for anyone in need of repairs.

Today we had Justin and Keven come by to install a new front door and screen door. Justin texted 30 minutes before he arrived and then ran me through the process for installation today. Throughout the install Justin was sure to answer any questions i had and show me how the new mechanism's in the screen door work. Absolutely blown away by the professionalism and attention to detail with both guys today. This is the second time in the last 6 months we have used Couto Construction and we will 100% be using them again. Thank you Justin and Keven for the great work!! 5 STARS would recommend.

We just had Master Shield Gutter Protection installed by Josimar and Keven from Couto Construction on our home. They did a beautiful job with the installation and it came out perfect. It matches our new roof from Couto Construction. They were very careful, have great personalities and cleaned up after the job was completed. We could not have asked for a better installation. We just want to say, Muito Obrigado to Josimar and Keven! I have attached a photo of the finished job to highlight their work. Let me start out with the bottom line first. We just had a new roof and Master Shield gutter protection put on our house and the end result from start to finish was a perfect job. Everything could not have turned out any better and it looks beautiful! Now for a little more detail: We had a small leak on our indoor ceiling and wanted to get the cause repaired. After viewing their commercial on television, which gave some history on how the company started, viewing ratings that other people had written, awards that the company had received over time and seeing a previous job that they had completed in a relatives neighborhood, I decided to give them a call. I first spoke with Tian and made an appointment with Alex to diagnose the problem. I was given 3 options to resolve the issue, a new patch over the suspected area, re-shingle the back side of the house, or re-shingle the whole house. We decided to go with a complete job as the roof was last done over 20 plus years ago and we wanted everything to match for resale value in the future. We next spoke with Kaitlyn who kept us well informed along the way with everything that takes place before they do the actual job. The team showed up on the day of the job, removed the previous shingles, found and replaced a piece of CDX that was in an area unrelated to the leak, and re-shingled the whole house in one day. They were great and worked very well together, highly efficient. Sami and Paulo checked in during the day to view the progress and make sure everything went according to plan. It did. The Master Shield gutter protection was installed about a week later by Keven and Josimar who also did a great job. Now we don't have to worry about climbing on the roof and blowing the leaves out of the gutters in the fall. I also spoke with Kiley along the way who was great. Miah reached out afterwards and provided me with the paperwork that I could forward to my insurance for a discount on my homeowners insurance. Everyone we spoke to and interacted with along the way could not have been any nicer. They all were very personable, had very positive attitudes and indicated that if we had any concerns, we could call anytime and they would be addressed. So, in conclusion, this turned out to be a very positive experience and we could not be any happier. Thank you to the whole Couto team for taking great care of us!

I was so happy with this company. My sister had them do her roof 2 months before and she was happy and they did an excellent job and the price was great. I did not get any other estimates based on the work they did for my sister. I was very pleased with them, they were neat, fast and did an excellent job with quality shingles. I also had a specialized rubber roof as part of my work and they did a fabulous job with that. The job only took two days and they did not disturb the household at all. The most important service I got with Couto construction was my interaction with Caitlin O'Connor. She was so understanding and willing to work with me in every aspect of the project. I'm also getting Windows done soon. I had to reschedule that because I had a heart attack and Caitlin would call just to see how I was doing. They are very lucky to have a woman like that working for them. Make sure you ask for her when you call. They will be doing the windows for me soon. Overall I was happy with every aspect and encounter with all the employees but she was special. I highly recommend you use this company. Jeanne Hyannisport

We called COUTO Construction due to ice dams on our roof . They were very attentive to our needs and Evan was great at answering our questions when he arrived the next day to give an estimate . Katelyn was great at getting a crew to attend to our issue the following day. It was an exceptional low temperature day but Claudinei and Joel worked diligently to remove the issues . We had a great experience working with COUTO Construction
