Everything that Power Home Remodeling has done for me has been fabulous. I would say that each experience was top shelf from the sales consultants, to the pre-install consultants, to the install teams and the project inspector! I have replaced my windows, added gutters, insulation and radiant barrier and a new front door assembly. It has been a pleasure to work with Power. The quality of the of both the work and the products offered and installed are amazing. I especially love my new front door and would like to give special thanks to Tim, the salesman, who worked with me to design the perfect door. I gave them 5 stars, but I think they deserve 6 so here's one more 🌟!

We just had our windows done by Power and had such a great experience! From start to finish, their team was professional, friendly, and made everything so easy for us. The installation went smoothly, and the quality of the windows looks amazing! Highly recommend them if you’re looking to upgrade your windows. Great service and great results!

Excellent customer service from sales demo through the final walkthrough. Jeremy was our sales rep and helped us feel comfortable and confident with our purchase. Roxanne and her crew were professional and quick also accommodating with needing certain rooms done first. Ashley’s walkthrough was quick, thorough and informative. Great from start to finish!

The folks at Power are fantastic. From knocking on the door to our windows being installed, everyone has been extremely knowledgeable, personable, and professional. The new windows look great and every step of the process and every bit of the cost was thoroughly explained and discussed. Tim took multiple hours out of his day to show us everything that needed work and completely explain the issues, materials, processes and costs. On install day, Ashley came by to make sure everything was being completed to our satisfaction. The whole team was professional and fast and left our house clean. Will definitely be using them again in the future and recommending the Power team.
"They were very detailed and thorough. Made sure we understood and took the time to explain."

"Everyone we have dealt with from Power Home Remodeling has been great. From, Jory, the young man who came out to give us a free inspection for our windows and doors, to Daniel, who came to evaluate how many installers to send and what equipment they would need. Then the great team of installers, who came and replaced our old door with our beautiful new door. They were very knowledgeable and personable. They did a great job. Then Bas the Quality Assurance Manager, came to make sure that we were completely satisfied the process and our new door. We were!"

"It was great. When they come into your home, a 4-hour interview is very long for a customer. They could shorten that up. I know they take their time, and they are very thorough, but to me, that was the only bad thing. That's why they got a 4."
Donna M.

"Good quality of work from door installer."
Silver Spring, MD Homeowner
"Everyone claims to offer the best products and service. While your salesperson was effective at closing the deal, what followed was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. During a period when I was balancing work responsibilities and a death in my family, I was repeatedly contacted and pressured to schedule an installation date. The representative’s aggressive tactics—including stating that I would be charged 20% of the total cost if I did not immediately schedule—were unnecessary and felt threatening. That level of pressure was completely inappropriate given the circumstances. The installation itself was routine; however, one of the windows was scratched. The installer informed me that your team would be reaching out to replace it. I hope that the urgency shown in pressuring me to schedule will be matched in promptly correcting this issue. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Power Home Remodeling and will be sharing my experience publicly."

"The crew that came out was absolutely amazing; they worked so hard and did an outstanding job. My only negative was the lack of communication between management and myself about an issue that came up. It wasn't communicated to us until I had to call to find out what was going on. People didn't show up when they were supposed to. Other than that, the crew was great. The project manager over our job, after my initial phone call, did as much as he could to make it right and resolve the issue. I applaud him for that. The communication was lacking."

"We had a very positive experience with the company previously replacing our roof. I felt I could trust Power when we learned they did windows. The windows seemed to be constructed with great quality. The sales person was very informative. The crew was excellent. They never stopped working until the job was done. There was nothing left behind at the end of the day. The windows are everything Power said they would be. Lovely and draft free!"

"There was hardly any communication regarding the job. We signed off that it was done but told the next day it wasn’t done."
Dawn J.
East Bridgewater, MA
"The salesperson who knocked on my door was very persistent. We finally gave in and got what we thought was just a quote, then we were pressured into the purchase. Definitely had buyers remorse. Then when it came to the install date, everything went wrong. Huge mess was made, one installer, very loud, he was here from 10:30am until 1:30am. We missed work and lost sleep over it and so did our children. It was very unprofessional. Then in the light of the next day the job was very sloppy. On a positive note, we did have a project manager come by and he agreed to fix the mess and all the mistakes made by the previous installer. All in all we missed several days of work, but thankfully the job is done."
Julie T.
Sherman, TX
"I love the screens and the windows themselves. It challenged me that no QA person came during installation. Also that it’s very common to need repair right after installation."

"The 'quality inspection' after the install turned into a predatory quote making process that we did not ask for. When we communicated our disinterest in a quote and asked to leave, the quality inspector Alex was straight up rude and banged his truck door right in my wife's face. "The roofing company was not prepared to roofing my house. At least one person on the job needs to communcate in english. It's like they didn't know what the game plan was for my house. They knew how to apply shingles. They broke a ceiling joist on my back patio. It didn't appear they knew I have a pool. I covered my pool with a tarp. One of them broke the drain on the A/C unit. They didn't inform me it was broke and they didn't bother to fix it."
Thomas
Glendale, AZ
"I am likely to recommend them to a friend, but I do have a few issues with the caulking. In one too, some of the caulking on half of the window is different from the other side. One side is clear and the other side is white. I could clearly see the difference. On the same window, they didn't do very good on the trim part because instead of being nice and straight, the fuzzy part, I guess the weather seal, is sticking out at the top. The bottom is all the way in. They didn't mess up too much, but it looks horrible and I didn't notice the little things. As I was putting the blinds back up, that's when I noticed one window's trimming on the inside and it looks like air is getting through, which I'm not happy about. Another window has messed up caulking on the bottom part. They pushed it in because it was sticking out and they redid the caulk, but they left all the excess on the window. It doesn't look professional. I'll be watching closely for the ones on top. They were doing good work; they were non-stop. Maybe they were getting tired, I think, and that's when they messed up and it was almost about to rain and they probably just wanted to leave. Those windows were the last two they worked on."

"The person who we talk to didn’t inform us on what the basement window would look like, we expected, thought they would take out the metal casing then put in the window, if I had known that they don’t take the casing out I would not have put that window in, now I’m stuck with a window that looks like s___!"

"The product is good, but there were a lot of mistakes with the installation. They mismeasured a window; they delivered a back door without the mini blind in it, and the frame of the kitchen window was damaged. I started in November and it took until January or February to get things fixed. They delayed fixing these things twice. Everything was at their convenience and inconvenient for me. The product is excellent."

"I was pretty happy with the work overall. They were supposed to follow through with a few punch list things and they have not gotten back to us. It has been crickets since they left. They basically stand over you and say you need to sign these forms over the phone so they can leave. We looked around afterwards and noticed some things that needed to be done. We talked to the quality assurance guy and he said he would call the foreman for the siding and they will get back with you. and we have not heard anything last week or the end of the week before that. There is a screen that needs to be replaced and I have not heard anything about that. There is something with the door that is not secure to my wife's satisfaction. We have not heard from them. There are some things that need to be done on the punch list and we have not heard from them. Once they made us sign the emails and stuff they disappeared, so that is why we are hesitant to rate them any higher."

"I am generally happy about the product and installation, but I am not happy about the customer service which supposedly to follow up an missing part found since the installation in October 2025. It has been 3 months, and the part still missing, we are still waiting for the service team to come. Called customer service hotline multiple times, no one from local office ever called back as promised. I am disappointed about this after sale service, which was a major reason we chose Power, a local office we can reach and a better communication. Now I finally saw (through the app Power Project Pulse) someone is coming on 3/3. I hope this will put the end of waiting."

"The finished product performs well and appears properly installed. However, the ordering and pricing process required significant oversight on my part. Documented discrepancies in color selection and pricing entries were difficult to reconcile, and requests for clear, written comparisons were met with resistance rather than investigation. While the end result is solid, the process did not reflect the level of administrative precision I expect at this price point. I would recommend Power with the recommendation that customers remain highly engaged throughout the project."

"Normally I am very weary of people going door to door but I’m so grateful that I gave them a second. These windows are truly top of the line. Their customer service is exceptional. From the initial salesperson to the installers, everyone was so pleasant and kind. They might be more expensive than what you see at the stores, but they are upfront about what you get with them versus their competitors. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to ensure their parents have the best of the best."

"I might recommend to friends if I knew that they were planning to purchase windows and planned to compare rates and companies before calling Power. This is what good consumers do. On the other hand I would suggest my friends avoid opening their door to the sales people who are very persistent, offering deal after deal that have to be consumated that day rather than giving people the chance to at least sleep on it. This persistance continued on the day of installation when the person coming to check on the work hung around for hours and continued with efforts to get me to commit to purchasing more windows. It was all professional but over time became irritating, especially since new windows weren't really in my plans. The installers were professional, knew what they were doing, and I'm not sure they ever took a break! I'm confident of the quality of the windows and sliding door that I did have installed."

"The work is good, and we already see the benefit of reducing heat coming in. We’re in the winter now, and at least our windows keep the cold from coming in — that’s one of the benefits. In the summer, we’ll really see how good they are, but from what we’re seeing now, I think we’ll enjoy the benefits then too. We’ll have lower heating costs in the winter and lower air‑conditioning costs in the summer."

"The crew does amazing work, are very communicative during the process, and clean up everything. If you are not ready to actually have them install, do not call them until you are ready for the next process. I got 4 other window quotes, and when I told Power my install timeline, which was late February or beginning of March, I was told it needed to be late January, and then they changed it to February 3rd. The customer service is great, but if you are not fully ready to book, they will pressure you to get it done. They operate fast, which is amazing, but again, if you are not fully ready for them to do a project, do not call them."

"I was impressed with how quickly the siding job was completed . It was done in one day compared to a company that did my neighbors house next door to me, which took several days. Lifetime warranty was a big factor for me espcially since this warranty would go with the home should I decide to sell. Cost was a huge factor for me as I was on a limited budget.. "We went with power because in the product pitch they said very heavily that they would be providing us with a high end roof, a completely new roof deck and high quality customer service for many years to come. We thought the new deck justified the very high cost and were quoted that our roof was 1900 Sq Ft. Later on at the end of the job we walked upstairs and were shocked to find that they did not provide us with a new deck but laid the new plywood over the old, damaged, moldy and rotted barn board without telling us that they were making that change. We submitted photo's to the roofing team in Boston about this and never heard anything back. Additionally they did not cut a consistent opening for the ridge vent but seemed to just lay it on top of what was already there, defeating the purpose of the venting. Siding was damaged, many nails were left all around the job site some sticking straight up (they told us the crew would go around the site with a magnet after to catch these but they were everywhere even around where we park our car). However, the worst aspect has been that Allstate is working with us on a claim for our roof that was damaged due to the ice dams from the recent storms and no one from Power will get back to us with the information they are asking for (an updated quote to account for Power overcharging us by hundreds of Sq Ft and an itemized invoice). Allstate needs these things to process our claim and no one will get back to us. If we could redo it we would not go with Power and would actively warn people away from this company, they are erring on the side of 22 to 25% waste in square footage, much higher than GAFs (their shingle companies) recommendation of 12%. Make sure to double check the square footage Power is recommending to you and the size of your roof, they will pitch it is as over ordering as a good thing so that the crew will have more than what they need, but in reality they are over ordering by double, accounting for an accurate 12% waste and another 12% in extra square footage that isn't needed so they can charge you for it. If you are planning on filing an insurance claim very much recommend you do not go with them because the paperwork they will supply you with in their Project Pulse app will not be enough for what your insurance will request."

"Probably, the first thing I could start off with is a proper means of communication. This is coming from someone that had over thirty years of working with customers in the field and keeping them up-to-date as to the status of an order. Next, if you call, then leave a message / voice mail. DO NOT JUST HANG UP ?!? 90% of all calls these days to a cell phone, at least to me, are purely spam / false / telemarketers. Even knowing the area code from POWER, a smart phone will call a 'potential spam' when it's questionable. Finally, tone down the sales rhetoric. You have a good product and the crews work hard, but if the 'client' is already sick before the service begins, then what's the point?"

Both my wife and I did not notice it at the time of completion but after taking a picture of the door to send to my son in law, who sells for Power, I noticed the square base of the door handle on the outside of the door is crooked, not plumb. Did not notice it that day, now it is all I can see. Should have been caught by foreman before workers left."

"My experience with PHR was wonderful. The time that Art spent with me during the first visit to assess the condition of my windows and to explain in detail the findings, both good and bad, was an education in itself. As it turned out, only my 6 transom windows had significant moisture between the walls, causing the need for replacements. The possible cause of the moisture was from improperly installed solar screens that blocked the weep holes in the frames so that the water during rains could not drain out. A corollary to the cause of moisture between the walls was the possibility of water from the roof leaking between the walls. Art spent a good deal of time in the attic, searching for damp places (of which there were none) and photographing (1) areas of temperature variation to identify hot spots and (2) evidence of future problems with some of the beams (not an immediate concern). Since I was interested in radiant barriers, Art thoroughly explained the pros and cons of the different kinds. In the end, I had them to install that as well."

Both during our install and our final walk-through the gentleman were over two hours early and I didn’t have enough time in the early morning to be ready for them and when the gentleman came a week later for the inspection, he just expected us to let him in when we were showering and eating breakfast."

"Power was very quick at turning around my window replacement and the project on my house. I am very satisfied with the quality of the windows so far, and they have seemed to remedy some of the insulation issues on my house. I feel like Power used some emotional tactics to try and get me to make more purchases."

"They were very educational, and taught me about windows. I did not know, and because of their service, I was able to figure out the problem of when it rained, how my hard wood floors would get wet. They showed me the inside and outside of how water was leaking, and that was great. It alleviated a lot of worry. I thought it was my foundation. I was happy to find out that my problem was not my foundation, and that it would not be as costly to fix a foundation leak. I did not have to worry about the cost as much."

"The salesperson assured me that they could remove my vinyl from the window frame, and they destroyed the vinyl. They all have blemishes they would not repair, the ones beside the door. The door was in for a week, and the thing that opens and closes the door broke. The project manager said he would be there Friday and never showed up."
Jacksonville, FL Homeowner

"Well where do I start. 1.) we have court date with you guys for not having the proper permits on time. 2.) our appointments got moved up in the middle of a snow and major cold front so there wasn’t any proper cleaning. We pick up close to 50/75 nails/ debris left over. 3.) our old gutter pieces were just thrown in our yard and not the garbage. 4.) only your inspector came to up sale us on the garage. I say that because your workers miss to cap a window on my garage that only got uncovered because I caught it. 5.) your vice president MIKE SMITH compensation was less than the total amount of money lost for my wife to take the day off unpaid. So we get to spend money and miss overtime to go to court for mistakes. If that’s how he does business I rather tell my friends and family go elsewhere. Because the word and experience of this place is shit 6.) terrible communication about when the crews were and weren’t gonna come out. This was during the cold front that rushed to do during. 7.) the trim on the walkway between the house and garage is terrible"
