“Everything was great. One piece of capping was a little wavy. I sent them a picture and they came back right away to adjust it. Our house is noticeably warmer right away. Overall great service and glad we never have to worry about it again”

“There should be no reason to call back because of the work being done in the dark. Also, why didn’t the person in charge notice the areas we were concerned about. Wonderful workers, but I think it should have been the supervisor who alerted his workers of problem areas, instead my son had to send pictures. What concerns me quite deeply is if I recommend someone I certainly would want a job done correctly because my reputation is on the line and this should have been corrected without my son’s input. Suppose my friend doesn’t have the means to take pictures and send it to you?”

“Needs better communication. The Project Pulse App is a good idea, but communication needs to be kept to date”
“Very disappointed with the poorly managed installation process. Failed two city inspections due to not putting in all of the specified screws which delayed the project through thanksgiving and Christmas keeping our home in disarray.”
“The installation was delayed 3 times; when they did show up, they showed up in the afternoon, even though I advised them in the morning because the old house has surprises.”
“The disconnect between company and client. The inability to reach out , avoids all responsibilities when . Meeting the customer promises and doing what was agreed. Saying skylight would be a one for one swap then it being all wrong. Damaging property and not reporting. Taking mounths to complete what was agreed to only take a couple of days. There is alot more to this just don't have the time to write it all”
