“For the windows I would rate my likeliness to recommend with a 5-star rating, but with the gutters they'd recieve a 2-star rating. My experience with my window installation and the windows in general I am 100% satisfied with all that. All of the interactions, breakdowns of the information, and with the pricing, everything was great! When it came to my gutters, it was a whole headache. It took 3 phone calls to get everything fix. I was more disappointed because the representative that sold me the gutters was at my house for hours trying to make the sale. When I came to him with a concern, questions, or just needing to get in touch with somebody to help me with my situation, I never got a response from him. At that point, it made it seem like our interaction wasn't genuine or sincere. At the end of the day, he was just out trying to make a sale. I had messaged him along with another representative that I was talking to about my issue, but that representative was out of the office. He still responded to me apologizing, and he said that he'll have somebody reach out to me. He stated that he was sorry, but he wouldn't be in office until this day. However, the person that made the sale, I never heard from again.”

“I was very dissatisfied with the PowerPoint that shows the App. The App showed that it would be done on a certain day, but the windows weren't ready. We had moved our furniture to prepare. My wife called the day before and was told that the windows weren't ready. If she didn't call, we probably would have waited 2 more weeks.”

“This is my 3rd project with Power Home Remodeling. I've had all my windows replaced and just replaced the sliding glass door. I'm so impressed with the quality of the product and the workmanship of the installation crew. Lots of attention to detail and a thorough cleanup after the work.”

I’m pleased with the timeless and responsiveness of the install and how quick repairs were scheduled but disappointed in the number of repairs needed including repairs of what was just repaired. Also disappointed that some repairs were due to sloppy install work and sloppy repair work.”
