“The windows look good but the outside cleanup was subpar. Our pool wasn’t covered, so we had to go into the very cold water to remove debris, including screws. We, also, had to sweep up debris & screws from our driveway & flower beds. There are greasy handprints & adhesive on the walls.”

“Very informational first visit, salesperson, Leah, explained the products and services offered and provided by Power Home and remodeling. At no time was there any high pressure sales attitude, she was well acquitted with all products and the installation process. Leah demonstrated professionalism in all areas and encouraged any and all questions that I had about windows and what I should expect after installation was finished. I feel very comfortable with the decision I made about having Power Home and Remodeling replace my old windows,with quality new windows. The windows look exceptionally nice and the color of trim blended perfectly with my existing trim, so, no additional painting. All in all I’m very pleased and happy.”

“We did 2 houses and had a great experience. Every person we dealt with was exceptional. Felipe in sales had examples of the product and answered all our questions. Mike and Brian came out to confirm measurements and set up install. The install crews with Mauricio and Jose were very professional and were respectful of our home during install and cleaning up after. Steve came through to make sure we were happy! We could tell a difference in noise reduction and temperature control immediately. Highly recommend the product and the people!!”

“I agreed to a two part project, which the sales representative recommended, however when the quality review representative came to check the work he told me Power would only honor the second part of the project if I added a $1,000 additional window to the plan. I told him I only agreed to do the windows due to the specifics of the original plan and I would not work with them again because they are not honoring their part of the agreement.”

“I am giving 3 stars instead of 5 because there was some damage done to the drywall around the windows when they were removed. They tried to cover it up and “fix” it with spackle. They told me that all I needed to do was paint over it and that damage like this happens all the time. The drywall looks ugly and there are still cracks that the spackle didn’t cover very well. I will need to replace the drywall around the windows, which is another expense.”

“I thoroughly enjoyed working with everyone that I had any type of contact with during this project and my past projects. I just ordered windows for the fourth time. The installation crews left my house looking just like it did before they arrived, and I love the windows. I love their functionality and the fact that I can clean them without going outside.”

The salesperson was on time, explained the details to my understanding, and was very understanding about the fact that I am an older senior who did not grow up learning the new technologies. He explained all the steps in detail, answered all my questions, and printed everything for me on paper. The contact personnel followed up on their communications with me after the estimate. They were very professional and explained all details about what would be happening between the signing of the contract and completion of the job. The actual workers were very prompt to arrive at the site, cleaned up all the debris, and left nothing out of place on the site. Their installation of the windows was outstanding.”

My neighbor had some new windows put in recently from another company and he said they did not do a very good job taking out the old ones. He commented what how he was impressed how you were careful how you took out the old windows.”

He explained everything to me as he did things. When he was finished he made sure the door was perfectly installed and that I knew how to adjust the interior blinds on the door. “I really needed new windows. I had just checked with some of their competitors and decided to put it off for a later date. They happened to be in the neighborhood, set me up with a free estimate. They helped me find affordable financing. Day of install. I had the best crew. They were very carefully with my belongings, considerate of my animals and super polite.
