Wonderful workers, but I think it should have been the supervisor who alerted his workers of problem areas, instead my son had to send pictures. What concerns me quite deeply is if I recommend someone I certainly would want a job done correctly because my reputation is on the line and this should have been corrected without my son’s input. Suppose my friend doesn’t have the means to take pictures and send it to you?”

“Needs better communication. The Project Pulse App is a good idea, but communication needs to be kept to date”
“Very disappointed with the poorly managed installation process. Failed two city inspections due to not putting in all of the specified screws which delayed the project through thanksgiving and Christmas keeping our home in disarray.”

Saying skylight would be a one for one swap then it being all wrong. Damaging property and not reporting. Taking mounths to complete what was agreed to only take a couple of days. There is alot more to this just don't have the time to write it all”
