“The installers did a great job. They were professional. The sales pitch was pretty thorough. My reading of some of the reviews of Power was that sometimes the sales pitch can be a little overwhelming and time-consuming, even though it's short and good. That might put some people off. The salesperson was good at her job and sold me on buying the door. I get it, that's part of it. She was very pleasant and very nice, but the amount of time it took could be off-putting for some people. I am retired, so it wasn't a big deal for me. The process was great. I didn't want to do it in the winter, but I decided to go with you because it looked like a good product, and I needed a door. She was pleasant and excellent at doing her job. It took like five hours. For most people who are working and have busy lives, that would be very off-putting. I understand that it is their job and that's what they do. She did her job and got me to buy the product. You have a high volume of sales in this area, so obviously someone is doing something right.”

“If this survey was based on the last job I had from Power I’d probably give it 2 stars. However, the first job I had them do they did a phenomenal job. For the last job, the second job, there was large communication issues of what we wanted and what was installed. When we relayed our issues during the second job no one came to try and resolve the issue as they proceeded to take out the doors we wanted to keep. We still haven’t heard anything from them and it’s been a few days now. The work on the second job wasn’t as clean as the first job.”

“At the end of the job, the qaulity manager who came by my house asked to go in my attic. I did not know why. He highly suggested I use his company to do that work which was 15k. He gatrunteed he would fix a side railing inside the window because it was cracked, and I called and asked about it and he never showed up.”

“Quality of work was questionable until brought up. Clean up was nonexistent. Once complained the appointment to clean was made 10 days in the future. No appreciation for customers.”
“Started with pressuring to agree and sign not giving time to think about the huge coast. Then all the failed communication on powers end by not relaying vital info such as I asked for 3/4 seething not 5/8. Last sending a crew out that half assed everything an also lying to the village inspector. Including all the harassing phone calls and the disrespect from the quality inspector from that company.”
“2 of the downspouts do not align with the pipes they feed into, leaving gaps. Also, several braces that support the gutters were replaced. Untreated wood was used, certainly not recommended for outside applications”
