How are scores calculated?

"Soft washing is the safe alternative to pressure washing. We use water-based, biodegradable chemicals that emulsify dirt and grime, break down insect webs and nests, and kill mold, mildew, algae, and bacteria, sanitizing the surface we're cleaning. Soft washing uses less water than pressure washing and lasts four to six times longer."

Warranty

Iggy's Pro Wash offers the area's only 5-year roof cleaning warranty. Any spots that reappear in the first year are re-treated for free. If more than 50 percent of the roof needs to be treated in years 2 through 5, Iggy's will re-clean for 50 percent of the original cost.
