“Roof cleaning was ok. We had to point out to crew a need for extra cleaning around skylight as last cleaning left moss in place. If felt that window washing charge was high and would not have them do that the next time the roof is cleaned. We did have a little bit of a communication issue as we called the morning of our appointment after schedule time to find out what was going on. The response was that previous days work was not completed so we would have someone there much later in the afternoon, no specific time frame given. Crew actually showed at about 1230pm, about 4 1/2 hours after scheduled time and completed the job. We did not relish having to spend the entire day waiting for the work and fortunately we did not have to.”

“Two reasons why this is a "hell no" Last visit was full of issues and common sense was not used and had to be redone. I spoke with the owner, he knows about the cigarettes and bad wash. Hell, Im still finding bits from the roof around the yard months later. Number two: Guild Quality harassed me by calling me multiple times after asking them not to. They also said my email wasnt right and wanted me to verify it. IDIOTS, I clearly got the email, don't ask me to compromise my privacy.”

“I have used ProWash for years to install Christmas lights. Last year (2018) I bought new lights through the company. Then for 2019, they changed systems and were charging 2X the $$ to install their lights, making our new lights unusable. There was no offer to lower the costs because of our purchase last year - just the suggestion that the second year we use the new service there would be a discount. Bad business decision.”
