Aquaman pools has been servicing my pool for a year and a half. In their servicing and maintenance contract they claim to come, check your water, add chemicals, brush your steps, outer walls, vacuum and empty the baskets. The last 4 months I’ve noticed that the walls of the pool had been turning green. I started checking on my cameras and realized their technician doesn’t do anything except for emptying the baskets and skim the pool. He doesn’t even check the water levels for hardness and chlorine!! He was in and out of my house in less than 7 minutes. I called their main office, sent pictures, spoke with management and let them know. They indicated that they would take some form of action. The following week I had the same technician at my house and the cameras recorded him doing the exact same thing. I definitely do not recommend this company. Unless you have the time to be at your home when they come do the maintenance and can supervise their work. I do not trust this company.

Amazing service!!! Our pool has never looked nor felt this great. Excellent customer service, communication, equipment installation/repair, water treatment, and cleaning. They’re not over priced, and knowledgeable about what equipment will work best your type of pool. They’re quick, efficient and mindful of your instructions for coming and going (making sure the gate is closed when they leave). We purchased a new filter and vacuum from them, and started weekly cleaning services. They got everything installed and the pool cleaned in just a couple of days. They also give you a heads up when they’re in route to your home and after the service has been completed. Wish we would’ve have switched to Aquaman Pools sooner!!!

Brandon does such a great job to keep our pool sparkling! Our dog Milo goes out to greet him and he is so kind and stops to give him some attention! Great job!!!

I’ve been contacting Aquaman for the past four months about the calcium buildup along the edge of our spa. They were the first company we hired to service our pool after it was built, but this problem has never been properly taken care of. I’ve called and emailed them many times asking them to remove the calcium, but nothing has been done. I really didn’t want to leave a negative review, but after four months of trying to get help, I’m very disappointed with their service and lack of follow-up.

I’m just starting my pool service with aqua pools and destiny and Ricky came out to give the pool a look over so they’re able to give me an idea of what needs to be done and they were wonderful. Very professional and pleasant to be around. I’m looking forward to working with them.
