Can't say enough great things about this company and their techs. Cameron was educated and very professional and compassionate for the situation. My a.c unit went out middle day and I didnt notice til 8 pm. He was at my house by 9 trying to fix the problem. Ended up needing a new unit. He took care of the whole process. Shawn the tech who installed the new unit was timely and it took him and James only about 2 hours to take out the old unit and hook up the new one. I was so shocked. They completed their job even though it had just rained and was muddy. USE THIS COMPANY !!! Well worth the little extra money you might pay.

Bought a$25,000 AC full unit last July. I had a normal unit and they replaced it with this stupid tall skinny unit. I wasn't home when it was installed but wife told them that wasn't the correct thing but they couldn't evidently replace it with a normal looking unit for an additional 2-3 without air. This unit isn't any better. I also told specifically I didn't want a Trane unit and that is exactly what they put in my home. The new unit sits as high as the window and eveytime you look out the window you see it. I was told by a Manager that will remain currently nameless that because the service and unit they installed I wasn't happy with that he would extend my 1 year to a 2 year maintenance program. They haven't been out since the 6 month check up. I was told the unit that I bought would save me close to half my electric bill but yet I might have a $20-30 difference if that. I had a gentleman come out to maintenance the unit roughly 6 month in and found out they didn't even finish installing the right equipment I paid for. Now July 10, 2026 I called their Emergency line because my AC isn't working and I was told they could send someone out Sat , July 11. I then received a call Saturday morning stating they couldn't get to me until midday Monday.y wife called back to ask to speak with a Manager and was told no one could help us. So with 100+ feels like temps and inside home temps above 85 degrees I was pretty much told oh well. I have a wife, kids, and animals but this is how a company treats people. This company is a complete rip off. They don't care about existing customers, only gaining new business.

I’m always anxious when a technician comes to inspect an old but fully functioning A/C unit. I have a maintenance contract with Acree, and their technician came last week to inspect the system. He didn’t replace the insulation tape that had been installed by their own team during a previous visit. He also unplugged the condensate pump (not sure why) and apparently forgot to plug it back in. I only realized it after water started leaking all over my garage. But they definitely took the time to tell me I needed to replace 2–3 electrical parts for nearly $2,000 total. When I asked for a cost breakdown to better understand the labor charges — because the price seemed extremely high — I was told they don’t provide that information. First time I’ve ever heard that from a contractor. Now I’ll wait and see whether my A/C suddenly “fails” in the next couple of weeks… after running perfectly fine for the past year. I’m giving 2 stars only because previous visits had gone better. But even then, I always found their pricing unusually high.

I had a great experience with this plumbing service. George Delardas was professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. He quickly identified the issue and explained the repair clearly before starting the work. The job was completed efficiently, and everything was left clean and in perfect working order. I truly appreciated the honesty, quality workmanship, and attention to detail. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing reliable plumbing services. Fantastic service from start to finish! The electrician, Minh Tran, was friendly, respectful of my home, and clearly very skilled. They diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it without any hassle. It's hard to find dependable professionals these days, but this company exceeded my expectations."

had a great experience with Acree Plumbing! I had a new garbage disposal installed, and it was a little bigger than my previous one, but Daryle Wall handled everything seamlessly. He made the necessary adjustments under the sink to make sure everything fit properly and worked perfectly. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain things so I felt confident everything was done right. He also left everything clean and in great condition. It’s not always easy to find reliable and thorough service, but this was definitely one of those great experiences. Highly recommend Acree Plumbing!
