I had an excellent experience with Ura during my recent AC service visit. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly inspect my entire system. Ura explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood the condition of my unit and any recommendations for maintenance. What stood out most was his attention to detail and honesty. He wasn’t rushed and genuinely seemed to care about ensuring my AC system was operating efficiently and reliably. His expertise gave me confidence that the system was properly evaluated and in good hands. I highly recommend Ura to anyone needing HVAC service. Excellent customer service, great communication, and a true professional from start to finish.

We recently had to replace our AC system, and I feel confident that everything was installed correctly and that we won't have any issues with this system. We first had Ura come out to diagnose our broken AC. He was very professional and took the time to explain everything to us in detail. We were struggling to decide whether it made more sense to repair or replace the system, so the owner personally took a call with us to walk through our options and give us his honest professional opinion. At no point did I feel like he was trying to sell us something or pressure us into a decision. His advice was based on knowledge and what he genuinely felt was best for our situation. We then had Shiar and James install the new unit, and they did a fantastic job. The installation was completed much more quickly than I expected, and everything was handled professionally from start to finish. I highly recommend this company. Cutting corners often ends up costing more in the long run, and I never felt like that was a concern here. It's clear they take pride in their work, and we felt like we were in very good hands throughout the entire process.

Luis serviced my HVAC/AC and Dalton took care of plumbing/water heater. Both services handled with perfection and very detailed. I had a water heater installed in 2006 that needed an immediate swap out. 2 hours later I had a new water heater delivered and installed thanks to Dalton and Comfort Authority. 5 stars to both these guys. We really appreciate your service.

Fantastic company, even better people! You can tell they are very professional, technicians who came seem to genuinely like the company, hence take personal pride in making sure the customer is happy/informed/heard. This was my second opinion call and I am glad I called. They fixed the AC same day (today) while the other company (yesterday) didn't do a full diagnostic and didn't catch what Ura noticed. Highly recommend asking for Ura, i'm sure they are all great, but I can only speak to Ura's service, care, integrity, patience, and wonderful mannerisms. I signed up for the membership (they also do plumbing maintenance), it makes sense to have someone competent & trustworthy take care of the HVAC. Even for a second opinion, call them, honestly, I don't see many companies run an honest business like this anymore (love that it's a family business). Well done 👏

The people at the Comfort Authority are awesome. Honest and reliable. Everyone I met and dealt with from Maverick, Derek, and Chris to help me find a good resolution that I felt comfortable with was a breath of fresh air. Gary and Shiar, the two who installed my new unit, were incredibly professional. They walked me through everything and made sure I was in the know throughout the entire process. I highly recommend the Comfort Authority and I’m glad I’ll be doing business with them for the next 10 years.
