“I liked the person that I was dealing with but, ultimately, I didn't like that they couldn't fix the issue. I had to go out and get a totally different company to fix the issue that I had Plumbing Troopers come out twice for. I don't like the structure of the company and how they charge service fees and don't know what they are doing. I had to call a few people to figure out what was going on so for me, it's a no. I called the next guy, somebody who doesn't charge service fees. It's more expensive when I get work done because they know exactly where to go and don't even spend time thinking about it. The whole experience wasn't super great, professional, or knowledgeable. I can't think of a real reason, besides being a nice person,on why I would recommend them.”

“i CONTRACT THEM TO CLEAN UP MY CLOGGED SEWER PIPES. i ALSO PAID TO USE A CAMERA THAT SHOWED THE PIPE WAS STILL CLOGGED. PATRICK, THE PLUMBER, WANTED THAT I PAY ANOTHER $1,800.00 TO USE A WATER JET TO UNCLOG THE PIPE. IF I HAD ENEMIES, I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM PLUMBING TROOPERS.”
