I had a great experience with Snyder Electric, especially with Omar who came out for the service. He was punctual, very professional, well-presented, and extremely respectful. As someone who lives alone, that made a big difference to me and I felt very comfortable throughout the entire visit. Omar replaced two GFCI outlets in my kitchen correctly and safely, explained everything clearly, and even took the time to check the outlets in my bathroom to make sure everything was working properly. He also showed me how to use the GFCI and answered all my questions with patience. After weeks of trying to find someone for a small job and getting cancellations or no responses, I was honestly impressed. I called Snyder last minute after another electrician canceled, and they were able to send someone out the same day. The service was professional, up to code, reasonably priced, and very convenient. I also appreciated that they are licensed, insured, and accept credit cards. Overall, I’m very happy with the service and would definitely use them again. Highly recommend!

I love this company. I’ve been using them for years. Our favorite technician Michael Kertesz showed up on time today and got my AC up and running in less than an hour. He’s a very professional and courteous gentleman and hope he will be our tech for years to come. We’ve bought 2 systems with you people and love your work

Martin Ebanks came to inspect our daughter’s old system and showed us on his meter how the formaldehyde level was so high and dangerous. We were about to leave the country with her, so it was very distressful news. She has had health issues for the last few years and I am sure this level has not helped. Martin worked with us on scheduling and assuring the install would be quick and efficient. It was! Mr. Le was extremely pleasant and fastidious and neat with the installation. He made us feel confident it was being done carefully and well. Martin Ebanks and Mr. Le were some of the most pleasant and respectful and professional representatives we have dealt with. Snyder can be proud of this team. This was a very expensive system, so we hope it pays in the South Florida weather. Research along with Martin Ebank’s explanations helped give us confidence the Daikin system would serve well.

I had an excellent experience with Snyder Air Conditioning, thanks to PP Ryley Johnson. He came out to diagnose the problem with my AC and was extremely thorough, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. Ryley took the time to clearly explain what was wrong with the system, what the necessary repairs would involve, and the cost upfront. I really appreciated that he never tried to upsell me on services or equipment I didn’t need. His honesty and transparency were refreshing. What impressed me the most was that, even though the major repairs couldn’t be completed until the following day, he was able to get the system running temporarily so my family wouldn’t have to spend the night in the heat. That level of care and customer service meant a lot to us. I highly recommend Ryley Johnson and Snyder Air Conditioning. They’ve earned my trust, and I will definitely be using Snyder for any future AC repairs.

I had a great experience working with Omar from Snyder Electric. He came out to assess my breaker panel and quickly identified the issue affecting my refrigerator. From start to finish, Omar was extremely professional, friendly, and clearly very knowledgeable in his work. He took the time to explain what was going on in a way that was easy to understand, which I really appreciated. His attention to detail and confidence in diagnosing the problem made me feel comfortable that everything was being handled correctly. Once he got to work, the repair was done efficiently and without any hassle. It’s not always easy to find someone who combines skill with great customer service, but Omar definitely delivers on both. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of electrical work—you’ll be in good hands.
