I called Jim Dandy with an unexpected need to cap off a gas line on preparation for a new dryer. Manny was able yo come out just a few hours after I called. He was professional and very friendly. He assessed my project, we discussed my needs and he was able to do the work in under an hour. He cleaned up after he was done and helped me put the dryer in a good location to prepare for the delivery of a new one. I would request Manny anytime you need plumbing work.

I have used Jim Dandy Sewer and Plumbing twice over the past three years, and both experiences have been excellent. The first time was in 2023, when they replaced my kitchen sink and faucet. They were very helpful in advising me on selecting a high-quality sink and faucet setup that was right for my needs. I really appreciated their knowledge and willingness to take the time to help me make the right choices. Today, in August 2026, I needed emergency service for a clogged and backed-up drain line. Thomas provided excellent service and resolved the problem quickly and efficiently. He was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly knew what he was doing. I highly recommend Jim Dandy Sewer and Plumbing. They provide excellent customer service, quality work, and are a company I feel comfortable calling when I need plumbing help.

Technician Thomas arrived on time, fixed our immediate emergency sewer pipe problem on a Sunday, and made a plan for the rest of the project for Monday. Technician Thomas was efficient, professional and so kind to my goofball dog Elvis. For what more could anyone ask? UPDATE FROM MONDAY’S “PART 2” PROJECT SERVICE: Technician Eyasu M. arrived Monday morning to continue investigating the origin of the toilet problem that had been remedied the day before, and to ensure that my tub and bathroom sink drains were working properly. I knew I was going to get “bad” news. Technician Thomas had explained the day before that there were several, possible sewer-line-related causes, all of which would require HOA intervention. Regardless, I can honestly say that when Technician Eyasu M. delivered the bad news with grace and kindness -- and pledged to communicate diligently with the HOA’s property manager to expedite a quote for repair options -- I was unusually and uncharacteristically calm, despite the reality that I would be living in some chaos until the underlying issue was fixed. That is what a sincere and believable technician can and should do: calm the waters. In this area, many people are dealing with the expensive and time-consuming consequences of bad weather, aging infrastructure, land movement, and deferred maintenance. Finding dependable and consistent technicians who will diagnose, quote, and repair problems on time and on budget is not easy. I highly recommend Jim Dandy Sewer and Plumbing. Every technician I have dealt with over the past five years -- from minor sink clogs to major sewer issues -- has been terrific. Technician Eyasu M. gets five stars for also having a soothing, calming presence under otherwise $hitty circumstances.

Thomas showed up promptly at 8am, was very courteous, troubleshooted quickly and provided thorough service. He also did a great job explaining issues with my 70 year-old house’s plumbing, and related short- and long term solutions to recurring problems. Jim Dandy’s pricing for this repeated service has increased substantially over the past few years, but they’re always reliable and do great work.

$3,984.84 to replace tub faucet and valves. I found out from Aurora plumbing this was extremely steep fee for hourly charge and felt really sorry for me. The faucet itself was 500.00 purchased at Aurora Plumbing and was NOT included in this charges. Service was great but rates.....
