From start to finish- excellent service. Came out the very next morning. Took extra time to explain the process and the cost and when an adjustment was needed to be made promptly took care of it. The price actually went down to cover more that was needed. There was a leak in the drain field and the lower tanks werent able to drain into the drain field correctly. Andrew had a great understanding of what needed to be done and explained it in a way we could understand. He was calm and reassuring and answered all our questions. Septic is back in working order! What a relief! Thank you Jim Dandy!

Thomas showed up promptly at 8am, was very courteous, troubleshooted quickly and provided thorough service. He also did a great job explaining issues with my 70 year-old house’s plumbing, and related short- and long term solutions to recurring problems. Jim Dandy’s pricing for this repeated service has increased substantially over the past few years, but they’re always reliable and do great work.

I was amazed that Jim Dandy was able to schedule my repair on a Saturday. Thomas was there two hours later, on time and quick with his repairs. I was so relieved as my attempts with aid from the internet were ineffective. He was very kind as well as competent and professional. He’s definitely a reason I always call Jim Dandy with plumbing problems.

Thomas did a terrific job getting our bathroom sink unclogged! He was very courteous, respectful of our home and informative about what caused the issue. He also kept us up to date about his actual arrival time during the 2 hr window we were given.. This was very much appreciated! Would definitely recommend Thomas & Jim Dandys fast service.
