R.S. Andrews delivered exceptional service when I scheduled a technician to come to my new home to explain whole home water filtration options. I was thrilled that Jason, the technician, was not only knowledgeable and courteous, but also able to install the system that very same day. He walked me through everything with clarity and professionalism, answered all my questions, and ensured the system was working perfectly before he left. I highly recommend R.S. Paul came this morning and replaced our well tank as well as the switch, gage and all the plumbing. He used bronze pipe where required and also added a coupler to make it easy to remove the tank if necessary. Job went great and Paul is a professional that you can count on. He is completely focused on the job and that makes all the difference. Highly recommend RS Andrews.

I had the system checkup today by Clarence. He was great! He explained everything took his time and recapped anything he found that could potentially be a problem. I felt very confident he knew what he was doing. He did not try to sell me anything as my system is 8 years old and I had another company about a year ago tell me I should be looking to replace it soon. I highly recommend RS Andrew’s and if I do need a new system they will be who I call but in the mean time I will be doing all my maintenance and repair business with them.

Max came to our house today to start our new HVAC "Smiley" maintenance plan. He did a great job assessing and servicing our 3 systems. He did suggest one small thing we needed to do which he was able to address during the visit. We are very happy we picked RS Andrews for the maintenance service and look forward to Max's return for the summer service review.

Jeramy Bond did our semi-annual maintenance, and he did a great job. He took the time to explain everything to me and if possible, I would like to have Jeramy provide our maintenance service in the future. Also, noting that Jeramy is a super Cleveland Browns fan I was quick to point out that he was in Steeler country once he entered our home and he was fine with that😊
