Rick was amazing! He was so friendly, kind,, knowledge, and took the time to explain what is going on. He made sure to get our AC working before the heat wave, and will come back for parts that need to be ordered. I thoroughly enjoyed his conversation and it felt like he was your friend of many years. This is a great company and everyone from the office folks (Jody) to the technicians have been extremely kind and friendly. Appointments were easy and quick. Practically same day service. If you need a service company for your heating, cooling, and plumbing concerns, please give these folks a call. They also have an AMAZING service plan that was so reasonably priced, I was shocked and signed up immediately. It saved us 20% on the work. They also have senior discounts as well. 💜

I had a wonderful experience with this company! I woke up to a freezing house when my heater went out. I called in the morning and they were able to get someone out to my house that afternoon. Kenny showed up and was very nice, knowledgeable and professional! Turns out I needed to replace my furnace and AC unit. He gave me the entire run down with pictures and explained what was wrong and what my options were. Rolph, who is the project manager came out right away and he finished the measurements, pricing, etc. Both were great to work with! Pricing is very fair and I will be using them again for everything related to heating and air conditioning. Excited for the installation coming up, which they were able to get me in quickly. Definitely recommend 10/10! I wanted to make an update since having the furnace and AC unit installed. Cash, Braden and Sean were so nice and professional! After the installation Cash showed me the new furnace and explained what they did and all the new safety features. He hooked up the new thermostat and showed me how to use it. Great company and with the best employees!

I highly recommend Central Air Heating and Cooling! Our A/C stopped working right during a 80–90 degree heatwave, but they were able to come out the very next day. Our technician, Noel, was fantastic. He was professional, explained exactly what needed to be done in a way that was easy to understand, and had the system running again in just a couple of hours because he had the right parts right on his truck. Excellent service when we needed it most!

We couldn’t be happier with the service we were provided by Brett! He was incredibly helpful in answering all of our questions, and in addressing concerns we had. He was able to help us get the most out of our system, which we really appreciate with summer coming on! Brett did an excellent job in explaining everything in ways we understood, and we truly appreciated his kind and friendly demeanor! It’s so nice to have reliable service done by great people! Michael serviced our gas fireplace, mini splits, and compressor today. He was very professional and answered all our questions. He provided recommendations for the maintaining these systems, which we greatly appreciated. Central Air also has great customer service representatives - highly recommend for all your HVAC needs.
