Rick was amazing! He was so friendly, kind,, knowledge, and took the time to explain what is going on. He made sure to get our AC working before the heat wave, and will come back for parts that need to be ordered. I thoroughly enjoyed his conversation and it felt like he was your friend of many years. This is a great company and everyone from the office folks (Jody) to the technicians have been extremely kind and friendly. Appointments were easy and quick. Practically same day service. If you need a service company for your heating, cooling, and plumbing concerns, please give these folks a call. They also have an AMAZING service plan that was so reasonably priced, I was shocked and signed up immediately. It saved us 20% on the work. They also have senior discounts as well. 💜

Rick came out to help us, and he was so kind, professional, and patient. He was able to fix our issue quickly, and his level of service and professionalism was exemplary. I'm so thankful for the quick service, and especially for Rick! Excellent company with great communication and solid work. I'll be calling them again whenever we have an issue!

Michael serviced our gas fireplace, mini splits, and compressor today. He was very professional and answered all our questions. He provided recommendations for the maintaining these systems, which we greatly appreciated. Central Air also has great customer service representatives - highly recommend for all your HVAC needs.

Rick was unbelievably helpful, kind, and explained everything in a way I could understand! I have health issues and am heat intolerant, my AC went down during the recent heave wave. I was literally physically ill. He was there immediately to help me and genuinely had concern for my health and making sure I would be taken care of! Great with my dog as well! Rick was friendly, thorough and knowledgeable. He called 45 min before my appointment, was efficient getting the work done and went the extra mile to do a great job solving my issue. I would gladly have them out to service my equipment again.
