I’ve been with Carney for 1 year now. They came out and saved us when we had a mice problem. But now they come out whenever we need them to address any bug problem and continue to monitor the mice. No problems ever since. What I really like about them is their service people are super friendly and professional. John and Holly have been great. I also like that their system shows you when the service person will arrive. It’s a seamless process and very buttoned up. The monthly price is very reasonable, especially considering that they will come out and treat your home at no extra cost.

John was outstanding! Very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and got right to it! In and out! Wasn’t trying to sell me on other products or try and have me sign up for a service plan. He was very clear and concise on his gameplan, executed it, setup a follow up to have the wasp nest removed and he was out, very smooth! Company offers a military discount as well which I’m very appreciative. Highly recommend.

Had an emergency and when I called Carney All Seasons, they came through for me! Jen was able to address my concerns and was able to dispatch a tech help. We had water backing up in the basement because of a main sewer line blockage. Jeremy was up front with fair pricing and got our home back up and running. I can’t believe how exceptional the customer service was! Not only did I get pleasant, helpful people answering the phone right away, but they were able to provide service within three hours of my call! I had an insect problem at my house, and they came right out and took care of it immediately. The technician was pleasant, professional, and very knowledgeable. Although I hope I never have another insect problem, I would be happy to deal with them again in the future!

I had a service call for a hot water heater that seemed to be inconsistently heating water. They replaced two thermostats, and the next day the water was cold. It turns out the plumber had left the fuse box open with a couple of circuits turned off - including the breaker for the water heater. The next day the water was still only warm-ish, and I called Carney to have someone come out. They wanted to charge a $100 dispatch fee because it was a weekend! This doesn’t seem appropriate for a job that wasn’t completed correctly…
