Had an emergency and when I called Carney All Seasons, they came through for me! Jen was able to address my concerns and was able to dispatch a tech help. We had water backing up in the basement because of a main sewer line blockage. Jeremy was up front with fair pricing and got our home back up and running. Scott was fantastic! We've been using Carney for the last decade or so since we moved in and have loved them. Unfortunately, it was time for a new heat pump but Scott made the process as simple as possible. He took a careful look at our house, asked us what we liked about our current situation and what we're hoping for out of the next one, and then gave us options and outlined advantages of each. He did not pressure us in any way and was simply wonderful at helping us understand our next steps. We'd recommend him and Carney to anyone.

The warranty service on our air purifier system was done quickly and efficiently. Keith was friendly and professional and completed the part swap and reassembled the filter in less than ten minutes.

So we did not go with this company bcuz we were already somewhat invested in another one and were just looking for a few more opinions and proposals. But we much appreciated the time and effort Joe Hill put into our situation. He was friendly and caring, and gave a good price to convert our house to a heat pump - but we decided to stick with oil and just replace our furnace using our current company. I would not hesitate to use their services.
