"There was minor miscommunication about actual start date and what the homeowner needed to do prior to Len's arrival. All was sorted though. They were the only company out of 5 contacted to do a thorough inside and outside review of the issue and offered a less invasive (less tearing up the property) plan on how to complete the repair which actually stemmed from inside when everyone else was focused on outside as the standpipe trap was gone and camera access could not be obtained prior to repair. The standard of work was excellent and efficient."

"You sent a plumber to my home who first tried to price gouge us, and then came back when we had a full-on leak coming from a pipe later that day. He refused to listen to us, insisted that it was the plate cover in our bathtub causing the issue, reattached it after attempting to shame me for removing it myself in the first place (before he even came as I was trying to snake my drain), and left before answering any additional questions. My ceiling COLLAPSED an hour after he left. We brought another plumber in who listened to us, correctly identified the problem, and fixed it properly. Your company is TERRIBLE."

"I was very disappointed the Plumber chose the most expense solution first, When that didn't work, he used the small auger however since he unloaded the big auger and tried it, i was charged for the big auger. Looks like he was just trying to increase the amount of the bill. $700 to clear a 2 inch drain between tub and sink is outrageous. As a local handyman I will not be recommending Len the Plumber to any of my clients nor will i use them again."

"It was the first time I've ever used Len the Plumber and I was very appreciative of the fact someone could dispatch to my house on short notice and help with a problematic toilet. The tech did offer a few different solutions which would help save money and I was able to ask questions to help me figure out what choice was best for me. They did the replacement very quickly and without damaging other things. The most important thing was they fixed it on the first visit, so there was no need for them to return, which I did appreciate. Overall a very positive experience and I would use LTP again."

"No, I don't want to deal with them anymore and I would never recommend them. I think they scammed me. They spent less than two seconds at my house and then charged me a 300 dollar bill. Then when I repeatedly asked for my receipt to see what the charges were for, they never responded to me or got back to me with it."

"Found them to make every attempt to talk me into more services at very high prices. I kept explaining I am on a tight budget and would just like the problem fixed that I called about. the plumber continued to tell me my toilet system is very complex and will need changing soon so just get it done now at better price, after at least five times of him saying it has to be done by master plumber, not myself or a friend who is very skilled handy man I agreed. he then changed it and it took literally 2 minutes and was so simple, he charged $280 just for that. What a lying joke and thief. then the "boss" comes with his camera and proceeds to tell me we need our entire line dug up and redone, real good at scare tactics and by the way, this will cost $10,000 and destroy my back yard. I have since had two other well respected plumbers check things out and said this service is complete over kill. Len the Plumber clearly looks to take advantage of people and bleed every dollar they can to get rich, would never call them or recommend them."

"I thought that it was ridiculous that it was over 200 dollars for the work they did. He was gonna take apart the whole faucet, and he diagnosed the problem incorrectly. I was able to see the issue in less than five minutes and told him to order the part that was needed. Overall, I wasn't happy with the whole process."

"What I thought was going to be a clogged toilet has turned into a major project of pulling pipes out of cement floors and stuff like that, so it's turned into a little more than I had expected. It started off as a blocked-up toilet downstairs and it backed up into the shower and they found that the pipes underneath the concrete were all broken up. I'd probably give them a B overall. Quality seems to be good."

It was a backup a back up with the toilets. And in fact, he helped me out—between the camera—kind of evaluated the situation and told me the problems and gave me an estimate for the problem and fixed it. I'd give them a B+. The day I called them, they responded and were quick. I was still looking. My problem was fixed. Everything was left clean. Everything was clean when they left. They brought a camera. That camera runs through the pipes. I see the pipes from the house to the main street."

But later on my husband told me that's way too much just for opening a drain. It's working but I don't know. That was a little high because I called later on, other companies and they told me it would have been like max $100, $150 for opening up a drain. I'd give them a C. Customer service was fine when I called. They were there on time. I would ask my friend to look around too because it's really costly. I think I won't say, ‘OK go for it.’ I would say go for another two because it's kind of costly."

"My brother had to fix the tub and he had to fix the garbage disposal - I don't know if Len did that or not. But the garbage disposal, the pipe was put in the wrong way. My daughter just had a baby and we had beef and noodles the other day and I went to chop up the noodles and they went all over the bottom of the sink, all the way down the basement. I had to clean all that. We had somebody here to fix the tub upstairs. We had him fix the toilet because it was leaking through the light fixture below it. So Len came in and fixed the toilet. And he also did the garbage disposal and he put it in wrong and caused me a nightmare. I would say B. We don't have any problems with the toilet, but it backs up sometimes."

"When I talked to the guy, I told him that I had checked on all the parts that were necessary to do the job and he agreed with me that those parts were what he would use, and then I research how much those parts would cost and I found out that he was overcharging for his labor. He did the whole job and he gave me a minor discount because of my complaint but I still wasn't satisfied because I told him that I would get the parts and he could just do the labor and he mislead me because he said, ‘Oh well I have to get them,’ even though I just told him exactly what I need, I can get.
