Had a good experience with Len the Plumber Heating & Air. Troy came out to diagnose an issue with my cooling system and was professional, thorough, and communicative from start to finish. He ran a full diagnostic, identified a refrigerant leak, and topped the system up. It's been running smoothly ever since. Troy also walked me through my options for a potential full system replacement, since my unit is over 10 years old, and sent me a detailed quote. I never felt pressured just informed and empowered to make the best decision for my home on my own timeline. The team was timely, respectful, and kept my space clean throughout the visit. I am very pleased with the work and the price I received from Len Plumbing. They were listed in the best of Chester County in 2026 for Plumbing issues. They arrive quickly. They explained several issues with my piping and worked steadily for a few hours to correct the situation. They did a beautiful job and actually shopped up the pools of water with a shop vac. I’m in my late 70s so I greatly appreciate that. I also appreciated having everything explained to me in detail and coherently. The technician who came out was terrific.
