I called Len's Plumber. Everything was very smoothly. Kevin called to say he was on his way. He arrived in about 15 min. Kevin was very knowledgeable. He put the new kitchen faucet. It looks great. No more leaks. Thank you for this service.

Great service from Ryan! Addressed the immediate problem and made sure everything else was working as well. Friendly and competent. That said, I completely misunderstood the pricing. Over $2,000 to repipe two sink traps?!? I thought it was $1,000 for both - which I thought was crazy - it was each!!! Sorry - the plumber, Ryan, and the work was 5 stars - but not at tha price.

He arrived on time, was extremely patient, respectful, and knowledgeable, and worked with me to find a solution that fit within my budget. I also appreciated his professionalism and attention to detail, including wearing shoe covers and following all appropriate protocols while in my home. Andrew and Amari came to help with my old AC unit. They were very professional, thoroughly inspected the system, and fixed all issues they found. They even gave me a substantial discount, which I greatly appreciated. I am very pleased with the service they provided and the quality of their work.
