We are thrilled with our new air and heating unit that we just had installed with Horizon last month!! Our air conditioning went out on us in the hottest heat wave that we had this Summer and Horizon rescued us! Working with Eric initially was a wonderful experience in particular. He was professional, kind and listened to all of our needs. He made sure that the process moved super smooth. The 3 servicemen who did the installation were also superb and did excellent work. I highly recommend this company!

My name is Martin in Aberdeen, MD. I was thorughly impressed with HORIZON Services. My water heater died and started to leak. I called Sunday evening and a tech (Chris) was here Monday to assess and write an estimate and arrange for installation the very next day. He was helpful, personable and professional. And he was kind enough to get a small pump from his truck and drain the water heater before he left. The sponge and bucket had gotten old. He returned early the next day with a helper and they got it done. Neatly and cleanly! HORIZON sent text and email confirmations, ETA's, a pre-job copy of the contract and explanation of charges, no stone left unturned, no question unanswered. And Chris was a really nice and knowledgeable person. I liked the the way Chris handled business so much I signed up for HORIZON's modestly priced service contract.

Yesterday, we had our air conditioner serviced for its annual maintenance, and we had an excellent experience. Our service technician, Orgis Dollani, was prompt, polite, personable, and professional. He took the time to clearly explain everything to my husband and provided helpful recommendations. We especially appreciated that he came out on a Sunday, when most people aren't working. His dedication and outstanding customer service were truly appreciated. Thank you, Orgis Dollani, for the excellent service, and thank you, Horizon, for always making both the scheduling process and the service itself easy, efficient, and positive. We highly recommend Horizon!

I called up Horizon when my AC broke down and my interior temps started cooking at 90°+. A technician came out promptly, I recieved a phone call beforehand with plenty of time to be home and ready for them to arrive. It was determined my equipment was obsolete (it definitely was) and that I'd need a replacement. Being too late in the day for an assessor to come out that day, Ibwas scheduled bright and early for someone to come out the next day. The following morning, again right on time and good to go. The tech helped me pick out the best renewel system and got me approved for financing during the appointment. Both gentlemen were extremely courteous and professional. Understanding of my situation and the help I required. I'd definitely use the service again and recommend them. I gave them 4 stars because I don't give 5 star reviews. 4 leaves room for improvement without giving people too big of a head and allowing them to think they couldn't possibly do better. All around excellent work though, and I am highly satisfied. 😁

Ive been using horizon for several years and have always had amazing service. My water hester started leaking the other day and horizon came out to take a look for me and my tech Newton Pena was absolutely amazing. Super nice, explained everything to me, and was able to do everything the same day.
