I had an outstanding experience from start to finish with my HVAC installation, and I want to recognize a few people who truly went above and beyond. Jason Fortney and Cory Glacé were the technicians who installed my system, and they were absolutely top-notch. They were professional, respectful of my home, and clearly very knowledgeable about what they were doing. They took the time to make sure everything was installed perfectly, explained things clearly, and left everything clean and in great shape. You can tell they take pride in their work, and it shows. I also want to give a big shoutout to Brett Yeagley, the sales representative. From the very beginning, he was professional, honest, and easy to work with. No pressure, just straightforward information and great communication the entire way through. The entire experience from sales to installation was smooth, efficient, and exceeded my expectations. I had Ryan and Corbin come out to replace and haul away my furnace and AC. These guys were very friendly and worked swiftly, but diligently. They arrived in the early morning and we finished up by mid afternoon. Ryan took time to show me how to use the new thermostat and explained thoroughly. Overall, their work looks great and my house is back to being warm.

My husband, Troy, was the one that dealt directly with everyone. He says, "5 stars, everyone was just perfect!" From the swift response when our furnace went out, to the end result, we couldn't have asked for better service. In these frigid temps, they even replaced our AC unit! There were 4 different employees at our home, and every one of them was simply wonderful. They were even great with our dog! My home was left clean, neat and undamaged. If I wouldn't have known that the furnace and AC unit were replaced, "I wouldn't have known." Simply FANTASTIC SERVICE, for which we are so thankful!

Mixed experience. Bowman is great for emergency fixes. They have the staff & resources. They fixed a gas leak coming into house quickly & installed a tankless water heater. The tech did a fine job. Before that they replaced a macerating toilet promptly as we had a guest coming in 2 days. Where I have complaints is on their "free HVAC maintenance." I had a winter & summer visits & BOTH times each tech did not clean anything! Instead they showed me tons of photos of impending doom. Then they rushed me to quote for a completely new system. I also never receive anything in email when all the techs say they will send me details. Fool me once...on the 2nd time my AC froze up a day later (coincidence?). I went with a different company who quoted much less, provided a temp cooling solution & offered Carrier (premium brand compared to Bryant).

I just want to start by saying that Shane was exceptional! He was patient, professional, and arrived right on time. He carefully assessed the situation in my older home, fully understood the scope of work, and explained what might be required with the cast iron piping. After a thorough inspection, he realized the major repair I was quoted for — over $1,700 — wasn’t actually needed. He fixed the issue without replacing the cast iron pipe and saved me $1,000. As a veteran and single mom, this truly touched my heart. His expertise is Tier 1, and I’m genuinely grateful for his honesty and skill.
