I recently had a new AC system and complete ductwork replacement installed by Del-Air, and I could not be more pleased with the experience. The ductwork crew, led by Frank Wallace and supported by Jaden Holmes, Anderson Paniagua, and Ilay Berrios, did an outstanding job from start to finish. They removed the original ductwork in my home, which was likely installed in the 1970s, and replaced the entire system with new ducts, boxes, and grills. This was not an easy job. They worked in challenging conditions, yet remained professional, focused, and committed to doing the work the right way. What impressed me most was their knowledge, attention to detail, and work ethic. They took the time to explain what they were doing, answered my questions, and clearly cared about the quality of the final result. Throughout the project, the crew demonstrated pride in their craftsmanship and respect for my home. Del-Air should be very proud of this team. Frank, Jaden, Anderson, and Ilay represent the kind of professionalism and customer service that sets a company apart. If their management reads this review, they should know these employees are excellent ambassadors for the Del-Air brand and are a great example of the high standards customers hope to receive. For anyone considering a new AC system or ductwork replacement, this crew delivered exactly what you want: expertise, hard work, professionalism, and quality workmanship. I highly recommend Del-Air and especially this team.

Brad did a wonderful job servicing our A/C Unit. He was patient, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about everything he was doing. He took the time to explain the process, answered all of my questions, and made sure the job was done right. His attention to detail and expertise or evident throughout the visit. David came out to perform my twice-a-year maintenance service and did an excellent job. He was professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything he found. I especially appreciated that he provided pictures and clearly walked me through the condition of the system and any recommendations. Great service overall!

Pierre was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond from start to finish. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to thoroughly explain everything he was doing in a way that was easy to understand. I really appreciated how patient and transparent he was throughout the entire process. What stood out the most was that he stayed a little longer just to make sure everything was working properly before leaving, which gave me so much peace of mind. On top of that, he had such a friendly personality and made the whole experience stress-free and comfortable. It’s hard to find technicians who genuinely care about their customers the way Pierre does. Libny provided outstanding service tonight. He came to my house around 10:30 PM for an emergency AC issue and stayed until almost 11:30 PM to complete the entire repair. He diagnosed the problem quickly, explained everything very clearly and professionally, and replaced the blower motor the same night. What impressed me the most was his honesty, patience, and willingness to work late to make sure my AC was running properly again before leaving. The airflow is now perfect and the system is working great. It’s hard to find technicians in Orlando who are this reliable, knowledgeable, and dedicated to customer service.
