Andrew at Del Air did a fantastic job quickly diagnosing and fixing our HVAC issue. He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient from start to finish. What really stood out was that he also corrected several issues left behind by previous HVAC technicians, which gave us a lot of confidence in his work. I highly recommend Andrew for anyone needing honest and dependable HVAC service, and I will definitely be requesting him again in the future.

Updated based on recent lack of service I'm wavering on a 1 or 2, and so right now they get the extra star. I am 3 weeks into this nightmare, and I feel as though Del-Air has decided they are no longer going to communicate with me. Since 7/12 I have scheduled 6 appointments with Del- Air and they arrived within the 4 hour arrival window once. My air conditioner was installed incorrectly and I still have holes that need to be sealed leading into my attic. My unit rocks with the push of a finger and originally had my dryer vent pinned closed (The vent issue has since been resolved). I have been offered nothing except the promises of phone calls, which actually only arrive about half the time, even though every tech that has come out since the install was done has expressed concerns around the work that was done. I'm just venting at this point, hopefully it will keep someone from encountering the same issues I continue to run into. Original Review below: David A. with Del-Air HVAC service is AMAZING! I'm still on the fence about Del-Air in general, but David A provided amazing customer service, and potentially saved a future relationship with this company. I will happily work with him again in the future.

Our HVAC system was installed in 2023. When it recently froze up, we called Del-Air for maintenance because there was no air entering the home. Had warranty for hvac system installed 2023. We specifically asked if the air ducts had been checked or if there could be a blockage. We were told the air ducts looked good. They unfroze the system and left. We had to call them back when the system froze up again. They inspected it and again said there was no air coming into the home, but told us the system had been fully inspected and that we might need a new HVAC system. We purchased a new HVAC system. It was working at first, but then the brand-new system froze up too. We called Del-Air back. The tech could not find what was wrong other than that there was still no air coming into the home. The new system had to be thawed out. Again, we asked if the air ducts had been checked since there was clearly no airflow from the HVAC system into the home. The tech said he couldn't crawl under the house. We removed the skirting ourselves and crawled underneath. The tech then crawled under and found a hole in the air duct tube running from the HVAC system to the home. Pictures are below. This is where I have a major problem. If this damaged air duct was the reason we weren't getting airflow, it may have saved us approximately $10,000 if it had been found before we were told we might need to replace an HVAC system that was only installed in 2023. The hole is also extremely close to the opening where the new HVAC system was connected. When the new system was installed and the air tube was connected, how was this not seen? Was it overlooked? When a customer calls for maintenance because there is no airflow, shouldn't the full system be checked before recommending such an expensive replacement? We relied on Del-Air to correctly diagnose the problem. Trying to get answers since then has been just as frustrating. I have called multiple times asking to speak with someone and have not received a return call. We were told there would be a $99 service fee to come back out, even though the issue appears to have been missed during the original service calls when we were told the system had been fully inspected. The tech said the duct could potentially be spliced and repaired, but there was no appointment available until the following week. It was in the 90s, and we had no AC for days. I eventually got an appointment for the next day and waited for the tech. When I called because they were running late, I continued waiting another 2 1/2 hours. No one showed up, so I finally canceled. I have left several messages since June and am still waiting for someone to call me back. I have also used their text/AI system and was told this would be reviewed and escalated, but still no response. We received a letter saying an inspection needed to be completed. I had to cancel the first inspection appointment because of a family emergency, but I have since called the inspection team three times trying to reschedule and have not received a return call or confirmation of an appointment. At this point, I would like an explanation of why we were told the original HVAC system had been fully inspected and might need to be replaced when there was a hole in the ductwork and no airflow into the home. I would also like to understand how that hole was not noticed when the new system was installed and connected. I am extremely frustrated with how this has been handled. After this experience, we will not use Del-Air again, and would never recommend their services to any of my friends or family. I don't feel comfortable trusting them to properly diagnose a problem or stand behind their work when something goes wrong. If you do use Del-Air, be careful. Ask questions, check everything, and make sure every I is dotted and every T is crossed. This experience has left us feeling like we cannot trust the company or the work being done. This is not how I believe a business should treat its customers.

Brad G and Libny and Laboy came out and did a great job getting my a/c up and running. They were very informative, and worked quickly. They also offered me a lot of suggestions on how to keep things running well, but we're not pushy at all trying to sell me things that weren't necessary today. They were so polite and I'm really happy with their work! The photos are before. It looks like new, now.
