Incredible and Heartfelt Customer Service! 5 stars but I'd give them 100 if I could! Vito Services was incredible — on a holiday and early in the a.m. they replaced our water heater immediately and without hesitation. Exceeded every expectation - best customer service and support ever throughout the entire process - before, during and after the install. Great experience. Technician Jason V. couldn’t have been better. Politely answered all my questions ( and I had a few), worked quietly, quickly, and efficiently. Just had Edwin replace and install a pressure reducing valve in my condo. He is extremely professional, knowledge and provided excellent level of customer service. He answered all my questions and kept me updated on the install process. The install was done clean and fast.
