Carlos, the plumbing technician was professional, on time, knowledgeable, and polite. He was extremely patient, went through all my options, and explained them to me in layman's terms. This made my decision so much easier. The work product under the sink is excellent and the sink’s drain system works as if it is brand new.

I am a long-time customer of VITO Services. Today, my HVAC cooling system maintenance was performed by Bertrand (technician). He was very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough in his inspection of the cooling system and equipment. He advised me on a couple of maintenance concerns, including how important it is to clean the AC coils. I opted to have the (much-needed) coil-cleaning service performed, and after seeing and hearing the before-and-after results, it was well worth it. Bertrand represented VITO Services exceptionally well as an experienced, knowledgeable technician and customer-focused employee. I will definitely request Bertrand as my preferred HVAC technician for future cooling and heating maintenance services from VITO. Thank you, Bertrand! Merci beaucoup!

I've been a customer of Vito for quite some time, and overall, I've always had positive experiences with their technicians. Everyone who has come out for service or repairs has been professional, personable, and pleasant to work with. They consistently demonstrate a strong work ethic, approach situations thoughtfully, and take the time to explain issues in a way that's easy to understand. For this particular repair, Jason was the technician assigned to our service call. I remembered him from a previous visit a couple of years ago when he was training alongside another technician I had worked with before. It was great to see him now working independently. Jason was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He quickly diagnosed the issue, completed the repair, and took the time to explain everything both to my tenants and to me over the phone. I really appreciated his communication and professionalism. Kudos to both Jason and those who trained him—he represents the company well. The reason I'm giving an overall 4-star rating instead of 5 stars is due to the scheduling and customer service experience leading up to the appointment. I initially called regarding a leaking HVAC system and left a voicemail but did not receive a return call. I called back and was able to schedule an appointment through the AI scheduling system for the following day. Wanting to confirm the appointment, I called again and spoke with a representative who confirmed everything; however, our call became disconnected. After waiting a few minutes for a callback that never came, I called back again. During that call, I spoke with another representative who unfortunately came across as somewhat dismissive and not very understanding of the situation, especially after I had already made multiple calls regarding an actively leaking HVAC system that Vito had originally installed. I was also told at one point that my appointment was not on the calendar, which was confusing after it had already been confirmed. While it was explained that a recent heat wave had led to an increase in call volume, I felt communication and follow-through could have been handled better. There were also a few instances where I felt interrupted during the conversation. To their credit, I did receive a callback about an hour later, and the appointment was ultimately confirmed and resolved. However, the scheduling and communication process created unnecessary stress during what was already a frustrating situation. Overall, I would still recommend Vito because I genuinely believe their technicians provide excellent service and quality work. My experience with the field team has consistently been positive. I simply believe there is room for improvement when it comes to scheduling coordination and customer service communication.

We had an issue with our A/C unit, and they came out immediately to inspect it. Unfortunately, the unit needed to be replaced, but the entire installation was completed within just two days. The technicians were knowledgeable, professional, and friendly throughout the process. Excellent service from start to finish—5/5 stars!

Mr. Smith was on time, polite, professional. The repairs were completed in a timely manner and he even helped me to set up the payment plan. Ms. Morales in the office was also friendly and very helpful. I would recommend them to my friends and family.
