I had a wonderful experience with Falcon Heating & Air Conditioning, and especially with my technician, James Underwood. James was extremely pleasant, professional, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me in a way that was easy to understand, and I truly appreciated how patient and respectful he was throughout the entire service call. It’s refreshing to see someone in the service industry who genuinely cares about taking great care of customers. His professionalism, positive attitude, and attention to detail made the entire experience stress-free and reassuring. Superb. AC went out outside temperatures in the 90s. Falcon scheduled me an appointment ASAP. The repairman arrived near the beginning of the appointment window and let me know he was coming. He quickly and correctly diagnosed the issues. He got the system up and running. He did broader checks and maintenance to keep it running. Was friendly and professional throughout. Got the whole job done very quickly.
