The Falcon sales rep, Alex Mola, was extremely helpful during our first meeting, and he convinced me early on that Falcon was clearly the way to go with replacing our existing 46-year-old oil furnace and decades old A/C unit.   His pricing was very competitive when compared with proposals from the other HVAC contractors that I had interviewed.  Falcon had received many positive ratings that helped me make the decision.   The new HVAC system was installed quickly and professionally by an exceptionally qualified team from Falcon.  Alex has also been very helpful in answering questions that came up about our system after it was installed.  Our new HVAC system has worked flawlessly since it was installed a little more than 2 months ago.  The extreme cold weather that we have experienced during that time has put the system to test...and it has passed that test with flying colors.  I recommend Falcon highly.

Another 5 star visit from Falcon HVAC. I received a text message with the technicians photo giving me notice he was on the way. Osvin Chirinos arrived on time, was very pleasant and got right to work installing the humidifier. He explained everything expertly and showed me how to operate the system. He gave me long term guidance for maintenance. I'm so glad I selected Falcon for year round maintenance.

Ahmed came out today to diagnose our furnace. He was a great technician that was great at what he does. Helped answer all my questions and got everything moving in right direction for us! I would highly recommend Ahmed to anyone who needs hvac service. 10/10

During this very cold and snowy situation we found ourselves needing to have our HVAC system replaced. We were have trouble with heating the house. Our home could only heat up to 63 degrees. We reached out to 3 different companies and Falcon had the by far the best estimate. We met with them on Wednesday and the new system was installed on Friday. The Falcon team including Alex who prepared the estimate and service team Tey and Charlie who’s work was excellent. I can honestly say I have never seen anything as nice as what they did both inside and outside the house.

We had a new Trane HVAC system installed this week and the installers from Falcon Heating Air Conditioning were GREAT! They were very professional, kind, understanding and informative. There was 1 minor issue with the fan on the outside unit which ended up being a wiring concern going from our old 3-wire system this new system. Today Willie came out to resolve the fan issue and had it fixed in no time working with the Trane technician to make sure everything was 100% correct. Willie was also great to work with. I HIGHLY recommend Falcon Heating Air Conditioning for any and all HVAC concerns you may have. From the sale person to the service people everyone at the company were great to deal with.
