Falcon Heating & air conditioning & Plumbing superb!! Kyle Dennis, Sr Tech knows how to work on & fix Mitsubishi HVAC Air Conditioner. Finally found a knowledgeable Technician!! Kyle Dennis w/ Falcon 👍 We’ve had no AC in our Master bedroom This has gone on & off for two years. Kyle found the water leak. The rust and water staining visible inside the branch box are consistent with water having dripped onto and “in” the control electronics. He found out why it was malfunctioning. They are a Diamond Contractor. We’ve had many …many companies try to fix our Mitsubishi but nobody opened the control box. This looks like a repairable system—not something that automatically justifies replacing the entire Mitsubishi system. Two days prior another company assessed and said 30K for a new HVAC this one is not working. I pointed to the leak and yes he patched it but had no desire to find the source. Kyle is extremely efficient, educated and knowledgeable about HVAC. Customer service & their office is kind and understanding. They show up on time. Reasonable fees and stand behind their name!!! Very pleased … I’ll do another review when done.

I had an excellent experience with Falcon Heating Air Conditioning and Plumbing for my water heater service. Christopher Goff technician was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain the issue and the recommended solution. He arrived on time, worked efficiently, and ensured everything was functioning properly before leaving. I had a wonderful experience with Falcon Heating & Air Conditioning, and especially with my technician, James Underwood. James was extremely pleasant, professional, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me in a way that was easy to understand, and I truly appreciated how patient and respectful he was throughout the entire service call. It’s refreshing to see someone in the service industry who genuinely cares about taking great care of customers. His professionalism, positive attitude, and attention to detail made the entire experience stress-free and reassuring. Falcon should be very proud to have someone like James representing their company. I highly recommend both James and Falcon Heating & Air Conditioning!
