We had a newer sump pump in our lower level that kept turning on and off suddenly. Derrick with Lion Home Service arrived to check it. The photo shows what he found. After carting. I keys of muddy muck outside, he replaced it with a higher quality pump with a better warranty. Great service!

I am at the preliminary stage of pricing a HVAC project and finding a good company to do the work. I called Lion Home Service to determine whether they serviced my area and were interested in the job. That call resulted in a next day on-site visit to get the details. I met with Cody, who arrived as scheduled and who spent an unhurried hour or so exchanging information and being sure he had all the details of the project. He also called his home office and linked in a manager for a three-person discussion of the project. I felt very comfortable with their understanding of the plan, timing and options. They recommended one component I had not considered and made a good case for including it. They are working on the estimate at the time of this review, but I thought it important to say I really like their knowledge, responsiveness and clear ability to accomplish what I want.

Zack's and Tony's services were outstanding when they installed our new AC. They were promp in their arrival, quick in the installation, and careful in taking the new AC unit into our attic and the old AC unit down from the attic. They carefully cleaned up and showed us how to use our new thermostat. We highly recommend them for any service!

We had Lion install a brand new Carrier heat pump HVAC and furnace system in our home. Chance did the great job making sure that we had a system that fit our investment and Family needs. Pat and Zach did a great job on the install and we’re very courteous and respectful throughout the install. Isaac, the electrician did a wonderful job as well, installing the search protector and supply for the HVAC system. Maddix also did a wonderful job cleaning out our HVAC ducts and was very professional, courteous, and explained the whole process. He worked very diligent to get the job done and overall was very great to work with. Overall, we highly recommend Lion for any of your HVAC needs.

I had called four local companies and either had no response or they came out and promised a return visit and still charged me. I called lion and an HVAC guy came out who was incredibly sweet. Was able to tell me that I needed electrical to come out. The next day I had the electrical guy and he was also sweet! Ended up having my ac back within two weeks and it was huge job!
