We had a newer sump pump in our lower level that kept turning on and off suddenly. Derrick with Lion Home Service arrived to check it. The photo shows what he found. After carting. I keys of muddy muck outside, he replaced it with a higher quality pump with a better warranty. Great service!

Zack's and Tony's services were outstanding when they installed our new AC. They were promp in their arrival, quick in the installation, and careful in taking the new AC unit into our attic and the old AC unit down from the attic. They carefully cleaned up and showed us how to use our new thermostat. We highly recommend them for any service!

Very professional service. Will definitely hire them again Taylor Longwell the plumber was fantastic. Super respectful and knowledgeable. Also had Kyle szlosek from the electric team help me get the power back on to the water heater.

I had called four local companies and either had no response or they came out and promised a return visit and still charged me. I called lion and an HVAC guy came out who was incredibly sweet. Was able to tell me that I needed electrical to come out. The next day I had the electrical guy and he was also sweet! Ended up having my ac back within two weeks and it was huge job!

UPDATE on May 11, 2026: We had a shower drain that was clogged. Because we had such a great experience with Lion Home Service last month, we called them again to inspect the shower drain. (See my review below.) As usual, they were able to get someone out right away, and they kept us updated as to the technician's arrival time. Kaden was our drain technician. He immediately diagnosed the problem and was able to repair it quickly. When he was finished, he thoroughly explained the issue and the steps he took to fix it. He was knowledgeable, professional, friendly and respectful, and answered all of our questions. The repair cost was very fair. I would highly recommend Kaden at Lion Home Service to handle any drain repairs/issues. ******** If you are looking for a trustworthy, experienced and knowledgeable plumber, I highly recommend Lion Home Service. I called them on a Sunday afternoon and was able to schedule a service the next day through their very efficient AI answering service. I immediately received a text message confirming my appointment. The next day I received a text message with a photo of my technician, Taylor, and his estimated time of arrival. He was right on time. He was friendly, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable and honest. There were some unexpected challenges to the job and Taylor handled them wonderfully. He kindly answered all of my questions, and thoroughly explained everything he did. Taylor went above and beyond, and possessed an amazing work ethic. He even identified a small leak that was coming out of our boiler. He advised me to contact Lion’s boiler specialist, Matt, to diagnose it. Matt arrived within a couple of hours and was able to fix the leak. Matt was also very professional, knowledgeable and honest. I felt that their prices were very fair. Lion Home Service is now my go-to plumber. They also handle inspections and maintenance for electrical, heating and cooling, and I plan to use them in the future for those services as well. It is obvious that Lion is an extraordinarily well-run business. Save yourself some stress the next time you need a plumber and contact Lion Home Services!
