From my first phone call with Alyssa Erdman to my last chat with technician Mason Smith, I received top service, advice and help from Prostar. My leaky old gas water heater had to be replaced. Due to a partner's illness Mason had to do the job by himself. He did a first rate job, worked tirelessly for 2 days and kept me informed with every change. I will use Prostar in the future for all my plumbing, heating, cooling and electrical work. They are reliable with great staff.

Our technician Juan did an outstanding job. He was conscientious and thorough with his servicing. Glad we have PROSTAR working on our system! The following week Jamie and Jerry returned to do the duct and return install as well as some annual maintenance. Their work was well described to me and carried out most professionally . Nate was the tech who came to service my dual-fuel heater. He arrived on time and even sent a text to let me know he was on his way. He gave my system a thorough check and left with it working perfectly. Great service. Highly recommend.
