I recently used Prostar for a plumbing issue at the company I work for. This was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The employee who answered the phone was very friendly and knowledgeable. The technician was on time and did a great job taking care of our plumbing issue. I would highly recommend for any needs you may have!

On or about 21 May 2026 I contacted Prostar services about a cooling issue I was having they stated they could get a technician out to address the issue the following week 28 May 2026 well the technician got busy and had to come the next day Friday the29th of May. The technician didn't arrive until about 4 pm and was there about an hour he said refrigerant was low and needed to charge it up with freon and do a leak check. So the technician was charging when he received a phone call of a family emergency and had to leave and would try to be back on Monday. Weekend temperatures were projected to be very hot so I contacted another company that came out and finished the job that next day. I was going to be charged for a leak test and additional services so I contacted Prostar first thing Monday morning and canceled the rest of the service that was not completed. on 1 Jun 2026 I was charged in the amount of $599.20 the cost of additional services that were not completed so I contacted Prostar and discussed what happened and was told a refund check would be issued that week. I did not receive a refund check that week so I contacted them the very next week and they said to give it a few more days that sometimes mail was slow so I waited until the next week the week of the 15th June and contacted them again. I was told that they do not know what happened to the check so they were going to put a stop payment on the check and reissue another check and mail it out. So i waited until next week and still had no check. Then I contacted them again on 6 July and they said that the holiday probably slowed down the mail and give it a few days so that's what I did, giving them the benefit of the doubt. i then contacted them on 13 July and was told a check was sent out on the 10th I asked why another check, the story was they saw that the check had not cleared yet and reissued another check for the total of 3 checks. 17 July 2026 still no refund check and they don't have any answers. So I was told by Chad on Friday 17 June that he was going to get with the owner and get me a tracking number on Monday which is today and when I called the office they said they were going to try and get a tracking number tomorrow and that never happened I called twice and the girl that answered the phone Allison said that Chad was going to call me back with it in a few minutes and that she left a message for the owner to call me as well and that did not happen either an electronic refund would be 7-10 business days this is no way to treat your customers!!! I have filed a complaint with the BBB and reviews on various other platforms to ensure that the community is aware of this!!

Jamie, Jerry, and Cuashon were incredibly helpful in getting a new unit installed. The company worked with me financially and we came to an agreement I felt good about. I really appreciated being sent a photo and small excerpt about the technicians that were being sent to my house prior to their arrival. Everyone was extremely professional and friendly. Their communication was A+! I would most definitely recommend them to friends and family in the future!

Juan and Cuashon were a dynamic duo! Customer service was excellent! Would highly recommend for an install and repair! Jamie and Jerry did a excellent job on my install. They did everything that they said they were going to do. Job looks very professional. I am very pleased to have called prostar for my HVAC.
