Anthony Mann was my “HERO!” He is knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. Anthony went above and beyond to find the best solution for my plumbing issue. Besides that, he was upfront about the cost and kept me informed about the work he was doing throughout his time in my home. Our electrician experience with Hero was outstanding, especially with Jake and Dylan. We had a very challenging electrical situation in our older South Minneapolis home, which had a history of poor wiring and previous flip-related issues. Jake approached the diagnostic process with incredible attention to detail, taking the time needed to thoroughly identify every issue rather than rushing to conclusions. He clearly explained all of our options, outlining the risks, benefits, and costs of each approach in a way that was easy to understand. Throughout the process, he listened to our concerns and kept our family's needs and safety at the forefront of every recommendation. Dylan completed the necessary work efficiently and professionally, and he took the time to explain what had been done in terms that a non-electrician could easily understand. Both Jake and Dylan were knowledgeable, respectful, and genuinely invested in helping us make our home safer and more efficient. The entire team went above and beyond our expectations. Landon did an absolutely outstanding job on my AC and furnace inspection today. From start to finish, his professionalism, expertise, and customer service were top-tier. He was extremely thorough, explained everything clearly in a way that was easy to understand, and made sure every detail was handled perfectly. What really stood out was how knowledgeable and transparent he was throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer questions, provided proactive recommendations, and even reminded me about important details included with my membership that I had completely forgotten about. That level of attentiveness and care is rare these days. You can tell Landon genuinely takes pride in his work and values customer satisfaction. Reliable, efficient, personable, and highly skilled — exactly the kind of technician every company hopes to have representing them. Chris and Brent were incredible, very prompt, and very knowledgeable. Brent was very personable and explained everything thoroughly as did Chris. It’s hard to spend this kind of money (new AC, furnace, and water heater), but easier when you know you’re getting top notch and guaranteed service. When Chris left our son said he was “sad” because “the worker man left and wasn’t coming back.” You can expect service and kindness from Hero.
