Varsity Home Services truly impressed me! John, the first technician who came out, was fantastic—friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly. The installation crew who set up my new Navien unit did an amazing job too. The whole process was quick, smooth, and they even got it done the next day. I’m beyond happy with the experience!

I requested recommendations for getting a new gas heater last night. Erica was kind enough to reach out to me and recommended Varsity Home Services. Due to my heater leaking carbon monoxide, Smithtown’s finest came and shut off my heater and vented my house so that we wouldn’t be poisoned. Learning that I had no heat, Erica got me an early appointment. John P was kind enough to come earlier than anticipated. He was patient, informative, and worked with me to get the best price possible. He then make sure that the unit that was best for my house was in stock, and managed to get two of the nicest technicians to come to my house today to install my new heater and air purifier. If you need a new heater or any kind of service, I highly recommend this company. The owners are veterans, which was a big selling point for me. They are also locally owned and have been in business for over 60 years. More importantly, my house is no longer 52°😀

We had an emergency after a power surge that fried our furnace. Varsity was at our home first thing in the morning. Ralph went through a thorough diagnostic process with us, went over all of our options with prices, and we ultimately replaced our entire unit. The work was done efficiently within hours. No mess to clean up afterwards, and the techs at Varsity returned our home to the safe, warm environment we needed in preparation for a large winter storm. The techs took proper precautions when entering our home, even going so far as to wearing shoe coverings to protect our floors. The service manager communicated the entire process with us before it was happening, keeping us informed every step of the way. The employees at Varsity treated our family like their family. They made our urgency their priority. Every employee we spoke with was kind, respectful, and thoroughly educated on the situation, even the customer service representatives. This company will continue to serve us through the years. They’ve earned our trust from day one.

I had Varsity come to my home to do a ductless unit check. First I called the Varsity office and spoke to a few wonderful, most helpful people, Jeanette, Lexi, Karen & Erica. Amazing Customer service. Had Derek come to my home to repair the no heat and what an amazing job. Explained everything to me in full detail, he did not pressure me but explained what he needed to do to fix the issue and he was great. Would highly recommend this Company to family and friends.
