Called 4 places before Varsity, Noone called me back, Varsity came out quoted me a price for multiple bidet installatins, paid my deposit and when my bidet toilets came in they hauled away the two toilets, placed them on the curb and installed the toilets in less than 4 hrs. Marc and Mike were great, they worked fast and left the work space in a clean condition. The photo i included is of Marc he was great, Mike was great as well I just dont have a picture of him. Call Varsity and they can handle all your plumbing needs!

Have been using Varsity for 3+ years now. They have always been incredibly responsive, professional and a wonderful company to work with. We just recently had a whole house water filtration system installed with reverse osmosis filtration under our kitchen sink and it was wonderfully installed by Sean, Ramon, Brian and Aidan. Thank you all for your diligence and professionalism- it is greatly appreciated🙏🏼

We’ve been having on and off issues with our plumbing, hot water, tank and pressure. Use several different plumbing Services before getting to Varsity. Their tech Sean came out to do a servicing which we physically were not set up and able to get done due to poor prior plumbing and unavailable connections. Sean investigated and told me what could be done and what need not be done and the costs for every potential option. We actually didn’t have the work done based on our conversation but know now for future what might need to be repaired and the cost should we choose to move forward. Additionally, he was able to do a full plumbing inspection and fixed several issues that we had that were pretty easy and also indicated what might need to be done on our showers should we care to move forward with it in the future. He didn’t try and sell me any service but rather laid everything out of what my options were. It was definitely not the very common high-pressure sales pitch. I was impressed by his knowledge and professional understanding attitude. Additionally, Erica in the office did a great job over the course of two weeks outlining what I could expect from the service call, what my options might be and provided strong follow up as well. It is rare these days to come across the service company that does the right thing, and Varsity definitely handled themselves in a professional, courteous and understanding manner. I highly recommend them for any work done in your home.

We've had business with this company for years. To be honest, they have been the most reliable trades company we have ever dealt with. We really appreciate their reliability, communication, and follow-through. It's like a breath of fresh air. I wish all businesses had this level of respect and integrity. They show up on time, and they do quality work! The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable.

Varsity Home Services truly impressed me! John, the first technician who came out, was fantastic—friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly. The installation crew who set up my new Navien unit did an amazing job too. The whole process was quick, smooth, and they even got it done the next day. I’m beyond happy with the experience!
