The installation was completed the very same day. Foreman Alexis and his team—Tom, Justin, and Matt were awesome, they did an outstanding job. Their work was top-notch. I requested recommendations for getting a new gas heater last night. Erica was kind enough to reach out to me and recommended Varsity Home Services. Due to my heater leaking carbon monoxide, Smithtown’s finest came and shut off my heater and vented my house so that we wouldn’t be poisoned. Learning that I had no heat, Erica got me an early appointment. John P was kind enough to come earlier than anticipated. He was patient, informative, and worked with me to get the best price possible. He then make sure that the unit that was best for my house was in stock, and managed to get two of the nicest technicians to come to my house today to install my new heater and air purifier. If you need a new heater or any kind of service, I highly recommend this company. The owners are veterans, which was a big selling point for me. They are also locally owned and have been in business for over 60 years. More importantly, my house is no longer 52°😀

Have been using Varsity for 3+ years now. They have always been incredibly responsive, professional and a wonderful company to work with. We just recently had a whole house water filtration system installed with reverse osmosis filtration under our kitchen sink and it was wonderfully installed by Sean, Ramon, Brian and Aidan. Thank you all for your diligence and professionalism- it is greatly appreciated🙏🏼

We had an emergency after a power surge that fried our furnace. Varsity was at our home first thing in the morning. Ralph went through a thorough diagnostic process with us, went over all of our options with prices, and we ultimately replaced our entire unit. The work was done efficiently within hours. No mess to clean up afterwards, and the techs at Varsity returned our home to the safe, warm environment we needed in preparation for a large winter storm. The techs took proper precautions when entering our home, even going so far as to wearing shoe coverings to protect our floors. The service manager communicated the entire process with us before it was happening, keeping us informed every step of the way. The employees at Varsity treated our family like their family. They made our urgency their priority. Every employee we spoke with was kind, respectful, and thoroughly educated on the situation, even the customer service representatives. This company will continue to serve us through the years. They’ve earned our trust from day one.

Terrific service. Reached out late Thursday via email seeking help with my central AC. Received a call early Friday (today) to schedule a service call later in the day. Company rep said technician would arrive within noon to 4 pm window and would call 30 minutes before arrival. All happened as promised. Jayson was friendly and efficient; he diagnosed the issue and carefully explained what was needed and the cost of the repair. We gave him the go ahead and we were back in business with a fully working AC system. Could not have been better. Top notch all around.
