Excellent experience with Varsity Home Services from start to finish! I recently had my old traditional boiler replaced with a new Navien NCB-240/130H combination boiler, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. Vinny was my estimator and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He came out the very same day I called to provide an estimate, answered all my questions, and made the entire process simple and straightforward. No games, no runaround, just honest and professional service. The installation crew, Jake, James, and Ramon, were equally impressive. They arrived right on time, worked efficiently, and did an excellent job removing my old boiler and installing the new Navien system. They were professional, respectful of my home, and made sure everything was cleaned up when the job was finished. It's refreshing to deal with a company that values punctuality, communication, and quality workmanship. Everything went exactly as promised, from the initial estimate to the completed installation. I highly recommend Varsity Home Services and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Thank you to Vinny, Jake, James, and Ramon for a job well done!

My wife and I have had our experiences with different home care companies. Varsity Home Service by far has blew everyone else out of the water. The folks who diagnosed the issue we were having were so respectful and knowledgeable and spoke with confidence and care. The customer support is probably highest rated we have experienced. Transparency, honesty, and responsiveness are three words that I would describe their customer service. As a first time homebuyer, this experience was very needed. This review will be updated once my service is completed. :) We are very happy with the service.

This is my second installation project with Varsity Home Service Company, Inc., and once again, I've had a wonderful experience! I recently had a Fujitsu mini-split system installed, and I especially want to recognize Erica Bellini for her exceptional customer service and dedication throughout the entire process. From the initial proposal and reviewing equipment options to exploring financing arrangements, coordinating the installation, and following up on the final details, Erica was there every step of the way. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, professional, and responsive, always taking the time to answer my questions, explain my options, and make sure I felt comfortable and informed before making decisions. What truly sets Erica apart is her genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. She consistently demonstrated exceptional attention to detail, took the initiative to coordinate with different departments, and went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of the project was handled with care. Her dedication, follow-through, and personalized approach made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. I cannot say enough great things about Varsity Home Service! From the initial consultation to the completion of our air conditioning installation, the entire experience was outstanding. The team was professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was done correctly.
