The entire crew (all 6 of them) were very professional and efficient. The entire project, new oil tank and burner, was completed in about 6 hours. Amazing. Work was excellent. I’d highly recommend them.

From the initial call to response, the turnaround for our emergency furnace outage was incredibly fast. I was given a choice of appointment times, along with a text confirmation and a notification prior to arrival, which was very helpful. Joe was friendly, highly competent, and quickly diagnosed the problem. He was able to fix it efficiently and took the time to clearly explain the issue, even showing me the parts that needed to be replaced. Overall, excellent customer service from start to finish.

Jeremy knows his stuff. No BS. He is a skilled craftsman who made the experience one of complete trust. I thought I had a simple issue with the thermostat and he quickly pointed out where my fairly new boiler was in dire need. He scheduled a repair date within 2 days and returned to complete the job. I highly recommend him and Trager for their excellent service.

Sean is professional, knowledgeable, patient and courteous. He came for a routine check of the HVAC system and found a few issues in the process. He completely explained everything and completed what was necessary in order to keep the system functioning properly while we await the arrival of the new part needed to finalize the job. Sean also made a few recommendations to help keep our system running at peak level.
