Cody Kaufman was the rep that came to my house. He was efficient and very professional. Explained the issues with my water heater and provided solutions with reasonable pricing. He resolved the immediate issues and provided pricing and advice for future repairs that would keep the unit working efficiently and effectively. Devonte was awesome! My outside unit stopped running, called in - they had someone out with the hour. Devonte quickly figured out the issue, got it fixed and explained what I needed to do for another issue that was coming up as a result of the capacitor going out. Got the total for that so I can save to get that fixed. Super happy - and everything was covered under warranty today so that made my day even better. You guys are the best!

I recently had Fenwick Waychoff's Plumbing install a water softener system in my home, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The technician took the time to explain the entire system, how it works, what maintenance is required, and how it would benefit my home's plumbing and water heater. I appreciated the education and professionalism throughout the entire process. It's not often you find technicians who are willing to answer questions and make sure the homeowner understands exactly what is being installed. One thing that really stood out was the quality of the installation. The drain line was professionally routed through the back side of the AC room to access the laundry room washer drain, keeping everything neat, clean, and code-conscious. The finished installation looks like it was designed with the house rather than added as an afterthought. The price was fair, although admittedly on the higher side than some other quotes I received. After seeing the quality of the workmanship, I believe it was money well spent. Many water treatment companies focus only on selling equipment, while a licensed plumbing contractor has to consider the entire plumbing system, local code requirements, proper drain connections, and liability concerns. Since this installation required cutting into the home's main water supply, I wanted the peace of mind that comes with a licensed and insured plumbing company familiar with JEA requirements and accepted plumbing practices. I also noticed that some companies propose simpler installations, such as routing drain lines to the exterior of the home. Fenwick took the time to install the system in a way that looked professional, integrated well with the home's plumbing, and gave me confidence that it was done correctly. Overall, I feel confident that the system was installed safely and professionally. The workmanship, attention to detail, customer education, and peace of mind that comes from using a licensed and insured plumbing contractor made the investment worthwhile. I would not hesitate to recommend Fenwick Waychoff's Plumbing to anyone considering a water softener or water treatment system installation.
