Fast efficient service from Dale. He was well equipped and got the job done quickly. I had a pipe burst at the plastic freezing prevention poly pipe that was put in about a year and a half ago to prevent pipes bursting. Interesting that this method does not work and i end up with a remediation bill plus $$650.00 to get rid of the plastic pipe. I would not recommend this freeze prevention to anyone.

Leo did a fantastic job with an emergency repair of a pipe leak under my kitchen sink on a Sunday afternoon. Summers in Broad Ripple dispatched him quickly and the work was completed within an hour and a half of my call. Leo was very professional and skilled. I was so impressed that I purchased a plumbing Service Maintenance plan!

Austin came out to diagnose the issue we were having with the water heater and water softener system. Austin was very knowledgeable, explained the issues in detail and answered all my additional questions. This allowed me to make an informed decision with confidence about installation of replacement units.
