I recently had a water softener installed by Matt Plumbing, and I wanted to leave an honest review. First, Travis was excellent — professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with throughout the installation. I really appreciated his attitude and the quality of his work. However, there are still a few parts of the job that appear unfinished. I was told he would return to add more rock to the drainage area and finish sealing/taping around the pipes, but I haven’t heard back yet. I also reached out to the company to schedule a follow-up visit and haven’t received a response so far. My main concern is the foundation underneath the water softener. There is exposed dirt around and beneath the unit, and I’m worried erosion could eventually cause it to shift or become unstable. Overall, the installation experience with Travis was great, but I would really like to see better follow-up communication and completion of the remaining work

Jonathan was awesome!! Very nice, understanding, knowledgeable n extremely patient with my questions which he answered immediately! He explained everything and repeated when I asked him to. He worked with pricing to fit my needs which I really appreciated! Very personable and kind! Thank you Jonathan and MET Plumbing for another great experience!!

Water leak in attic. Dorian Finn was our technician who provided a truly excellent service. With his experience we were able to quickly find the problem. He provided us options with strong sales pitch. Truly a breath of fresh air. Very professional and polite. We are a MET plumbing return client. With techs like Dorian we will continue. Thanks for being there.

I have used MET plumbing for 18 years and they have always been great. Never an issue and always professional. Travis has been our plumber for last couple of years and is exceptional. He is VERY professional and knowledgeable, and we know the job is done correctly. He goes out of his way to answer questions and explain the job. They have done numerous jobs for us including a new hot water heater.

My experience with Dorian on on the 23rd of Dec., 2025, was much better, than the previous two visits which I had experienced on 12/11/25, yearly check up, and then a f/u visit for new issues with (same repaired), toilet. Dorian came in and he was very reassuring that I would have a good experience with this third visit in two weeks from Matt plumbing. He quickly went over the information with me on what the possible cause of my ongoing problem since the original repair and replacement of all the enter toilet tank components on December 12, And quickly got to work and simply replacing the “float”, Equipment, with a higher grade of the same manufacturer. This did the job beautifully was a wonderful experience through Dorian with met plumbing and finally solved The problem which had not risen until I got all elements within the toilet tank repaired on December 12, 2025. I cannot thank Dorian enough for making the problem go away, With easy understood, explanation, and the proper part on the third trip for this ongoing issue. Thank you, Dorian, you get a six stars out of five star rating for your helping me with this problem!
